基于CAN总线的应变测试系统的研究

【摘要】 当前的应变测试仪器普遍存在测点少、操作繁杂、不利于测试工作自动化等缺点。本文将CAN现场总线引入到应变测试中,提出了基于CAN总线的应变测试系统方案。本文完成了测试系统中基于16位微处理器的网关的硬件架构和软件实时多任务内核的设计;研制了基于8位微处理器的具有自校正、自动量程转换及测试电桥的自动调平功能的测试节点样机;实现了测试节点的数据处理、存储、显示和传送;绘制并编写了测试节点的硬件电路图和软件源程序。通过实验,证明本系统精度高、速度快、易于实现自动化,在应变测试中具有明显的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Less measurement points and burdensome operation make most of strain measurement instruments unfit for automatic measurement. The thesis introduces Controller Area Network bus into strain measurement, founds strain measurement system based on CAN bus. In thesis, the hardware frame of gateway based on 16-bit micro controller unit is finished. The core of software is real time and multitasking. The thesis finished a sample instrument used in measurement node. It is based on 8-bit micro controller unit and has smart functions including auto calibration, auto scale change and auto balance of Whetstone Bridge. The data can be processed, stored, transferred and displayed in the sample device. The circuit diagram and programme are also included in thesis.Experiment proves that the strain measurement system based on CAN bus has high accuracy, high speed, and is fit for automation. The applied value of the system is obvious.
