【摘要】 随着知识经济的到来，对知识的有效管理成了提高企业管理的重要需求，软件行业作为知识密集型行业，对知识的管理要求更加迫切。首先、本文介绍了知识和知识管理概念，并区分知识和信息，知识系统和信息系统等这些容易混淆的概念,对知识管理的研究方法进行总结，从而指导软件知识管理的研究。然后说明了软件知识管理，介绍了经验工厂理论，将软件的阅读技术引入知识管理的知识提取过程之中，并提出采用GQM模型进行阅读效果和知识表达效果的衡量,提高隐性知识显性化的能力和效果。其次、介绍了相关的推理技术，并将基于用例推理（CBR）技术用于软件知识管理，分析了软件开发过程模型和软件企业知识管理的组织结构，并提出对基于CBR进行软件知识进行重用的基本流程。最后、设计实现了一个基于J2EE技术架构下的软件企业知识管理系统，并对系统实现的实例库组织方式，评价库和知识包库进行了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge Management is essential with the coming knowledge based economy. Software business belongs to knowledge intensive industry, the need of knowledge is even more evident.Firstly, the essay introduced the concept of knowledge and knowledge management, and compared them with data and information management respectively. In software knowledge management, the essay introduced the theory of experience factory which is a good way to manage software knowledge and use GQM to evaluate the accessibility of knowledge case by reading technique. Secondly, the essay introduced RBR, MBR,CBR and their strong and weak points, then use CBR technique to manage software knowledge, and analyze the development process and organization in CBR software knowledge management, Illustrate the process of reusing software knowledge.Lastly, the essay explained the core technology of CBR software knowledge management, and how to effectuate the system with J2EE technique.更多还原
