辽宁省自然灾害时空分布及预测

【摘要】 辽宁省自然灾害发生频繁，是阻碍经济发展的最重要的一个因素。本文首先对辽宁省自然灾害的孕灾环境进行了分析，然后进一步分析了辽宁省自然灾害的主要类型、自然灾害的特点及其对社会经济的影响。根据统计的资料，分析了影响辽宁省经济发展的最重要的三个因子——水旱灾害、地震灾害的时空分布，并运用马尔柯夫链及灰色系统理论分别对水旱灾害在未来5年、地震灾害在未来8年内的活动趋势进行预测，并预测在5年内我省可能连续出现旱灾；2003年、2006年及2010年我省可能发生Ms>=5.0以上地震。由于辽宁省各个区域有不同的自然灾害地域组合，它们具有不尽相同的特征，因此要根据它们的差异性制定针对性的防灾减灾对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nature disaster often takes place ,and it is one of the most important factors which have an effect on economy development .This paper firstly analyzes the nature environment of nature disaster in Liaoning Province ,then analyzes the main categories ,characteristics and impact on economy and people of nature disaster .According to statistical data ,the author analyzes time-space distribution of flood-drought disaster and seism disaster which are the most important factors which have effect on economy ,and with markov chains and grey theories ,the author predicts the movement trend of flood-drought disaster in 5 years and seism disaster in 10 years ,and comes to conclusions that there is probability of occurrence of earthquake with Ms>=5.0 in 2003,2006,2010 and drought in 5 years .At last ,characteristics of different regions and countermeasures are put forward .更多还原
