数控等离子切割机开发设计中的关键技术研究

【摘要】 数控等离子切割机是一种板材剪裁的精密数控设备,应用于多品种小批量冷板剪裁类零件的生产,通过对小型数控等离子切割机的研制开发和研制过程的关键技术的研究,为数控等离子切割机的系列化开发研制,提供了方法和借鉴。 论文对整机在高效工作状态下的刚度、精度及可靠性等方面进行了分析研究。保证了机床工作性能的稳定。 根据机床的控制要求,提出了新的控制方案,将工业PC机强大的数据处理能力和PLC高可靠性结合在一起,组成了上、下机控制系统,根据运动要求,利用伺服电机驱动函数和上下位机通讯函数编写了运动控制程序,并根据要求对PLC进行了I/O扩展,设计了相应的PLC程序。 论文提出了并引环境的构建模式,对面向成本设计在数控等离子切割机中的应用做了初步研究。为今后在开发同类系列产品时,优质高效,低成本提供参数依据。

【Abstract】 NC plasma cutter is a kind of precise NC equipment in clipping plank, and it is applied to the production of many varieties and little batch of the part, which is made from cold board by clashing and cutting. The paper offered the method and the reference for the sequence of NC plasma cutter through developing and manufacturing the equipment and advancing the method of design for cost under concurrent condition.The paper analyzed the firm and precision and reliability of the whole machine tool under efficient working condition, and ensured the stability of its performance.The paper proposed a new control scheme according to the control requirement of machine tool, and it integrated the strong data processing capability with high reliability of PLC to form a main-machine and submitted-machine control system. Meanwhile according to movement requirement, movement control program is compiled through drive function of servo motor and communication function of main-submitted machine. At the same time, the I/O of PLC is extended and the PLC program is designed.The paper proposed a construction mode under cuncurrent concurient, and researched roughly the application of NCPC in the course of design for cost, and at the same time, provide parameter warranty in order to develop premium, efficient and low-cost homogeneous products for the future.
