建筑用振动棒控制器的研究

【摘要】 论文设计了一种建筑用振动棒变频控制器,在以下几个方面进行了深入研究。 针对专用永磁同步电机额定电压大大低于电网电压这一特点,为降低电机上承受的峰值脉冲电压,设计了在三相整流之后增加一级直流斩波器并给出了相应的电气参数。 永磁同步电机变频调速采用空间电压矢量PWM方法,并与斩波器协调控制达到良好控制效果。 设计了基于NEC μ pd78365电机专用CPU的变频微机控制器、电压,电流检测电路,IGBT驱动电路和保护电路,并给出了详细的软件流程图。 负载实验证明,变频控制器主要性能指标达到设计要求,并验证了装置工作的可靠性。

【Abstract】 This paper designs vibration bar converter control equipment used in architecture field, also deeply studies the following aspects.A design adding a DC chopper after the triphase rectification was given to reduce the peak of the pulse of voltage, aiming at the characteristics that the magnitude of the rated voltage of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is far below that of the power supply, also the electric parameters of the devices were given.The SVPWM method has been adopted in the PMSM speed control, also to obtain the good results in cooperation with the chopper control.The controller based on NEC μ pd78365 using in motor for special purpose checking circuit for voltage and current IGBT driving circuit protection circuit have been developed, also the detail software flow charts are shown.The load experiments prove that the main performance satisfy the design requirements and validate the reliability for the equipment operation.
