基于ISP技术的高速数据采集模块的研制

【摘要】 当今世界科技进步日新月异,随着大规模集成电路与电子计算机的广泛普及应用,尤其是近10年来嵌入式系统(包括单片机、DSP)的出现和性能的迅速发展,使整个人类社会进入了信息时代。信息技术的核心是信息获取、通信和计算机技术,而数据采集技术是信息获取的主要手段。数据采集系统是信号与信息处理系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分,它随着微电子技术和计算机技术的进步而得到了迅速发展。本文以武汉邮电科学研究院的“远程电量智能管理系统”课题为背景,深入地讨论了基于ISP技术的高速数据采集系统的原理、组建方法和抗干扰技术,并介绍了系统的最关键部分——数据采集模块的硬件研制过程、系统软件设计过程和VHDL硬件描述语言设计过程。全文的重点是数据采集模块的硬件设计、CPLD部分(采用ISP芯片)设计和上位机通信界面程序的设计。在参考基于通用微型计算机的数据采集系统和基于单片机的数据采集系统设计的基础上,并结合高速数据采集系统技术,提出了实现本系统的设计方案,即采用硬件与软件相结合的混合型计算机采集系统的方案来实现系统的各种功能。上位机通信界面程序设计采用的是当今世界上最流行的Windows编程工具之一——C++Builder,它综合了RAD(Rapid Application Development)快速应用程序开发和C++语言的强大功能,并集成功能完整、高效的可视化开发环境,运用面向对象技术构造以组件为基础的开发结构,软件组件让程序代码可重复使用的能力大幅提高,缩短了整个软件开发时间。本文对数据采集系统中诸如模数转换电路、逻辑控制电路、地址产生电路、数据存储及通信接口电路等关键技术都进行了阐述。论文最后附有硬件设计原理图及PCB图。该系统具有较高的性能价格比,具有一定的实用价值,并且采用了ISP(在系统可编程)技术,使得电路的修改和升级像软件一样方便、快捷,整机体积也大大缩小了,满足了发展的需要,并加快了该项目的开发进度。此系统配合软件使用,既可作为通用的数据采集仪器,也可作为其他设备的前端数据采集使用。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, Science technology changes quickly. At the same time, as the appearance of LSI(Large Scale Intergration) and the development in embedded system (including single-chip microcomputer and DSP), it rapidly makes us go into information age. As we know, information technology means acquisition of information, communication and computer technology. Because data acquisition technique is an importance way to acquiring message, so data acquisition system is an indispensable component of signal and information processing system, which has been developed rapidly with the advancement in technology of micro-electronics and computer.The paper is under the background of ’Remote Electric Quantity Management System’, which is a project of HuBei Fenghuo communication Ltd. Co. In addition, the paper mainly discusses and analyzes the theory and structure of high-speed data acquisition system and anti-jamming technology. At the same time, it also introduce the important part in the system, which is the process of developing hardware, designing system software and programming in VHDL.The specific point of the paper is hardware designing in data acquisition, CPLD designing and programming communication interface with computer. Based on designing in data acquisition system of computer and single-chip microcomputer, and combined with technology of high-speed data acquisition, method of implementing the design is present, which is implementing every function of the system by acquiring method of combining hardware with software in computer acquisition system. In addition, C++ Builder, which is one Windows programming tool that is the most popular tool currently, is used for designing program of communicating between single-chip microcomputer and computer. Because rapid application development and great C++ language function are integrated into C++ Builder, which also includes IDE (integrated development environment) and VCL (visual component library), the period of developing program is reduced, and the quality of programming code is improved.The paper also discusses lots of circuit in data acquisition system, just like A/D convert circuit, logic control circuit, address bus circuit, data-storage circuit and communication interface etc.As a consequence, there are hardware design picture, PCB chat in the appendix of the paper.In the end, the high-speed data acquisition module is very good in function and application. Because using ISP technology, it makes develop project more rapid and makes modify hardware circuit more easy. So combined with use of software, the module is applied for data acquisition device or other front-end equipment in data process.
