【摘要】 随着可持续发展战略的实施，水资源可持续利用成为水资源学科的重要研究领域。为了实现水资源价值的可持续利用的良性循环，本文以可持续发展的理论为指导，对可持续利用水资源价值作了以下分析： 1、综述了可持续利用水资源价值研究的意义、国内外研究水资源价值的进展及世界水资源与我国水资源的概况，分析了水资源的自然特性、社会特性、经济特性以及水资源与可持续发展的密切关系，在此基础上提出了本文的研究目的：实现水资源的持续利用。 2、论述了可持续利用水资源价值的理论基础，其包括两个方面：一是水资源持续利用的动力、支持条件；二是水资源价值研究的经济学解释。 3、提出了公平性原则是可持续利用水资源价值流的理论基础，研究了水资源价值时间流、水资源价值空间流和水资源价值时空流以及各自的价值流曲线。 4、分析了人口、水量、水质、经济等有关因素对水资源价值的影响，指出了水资源价值系统具有复杂性和模糊性，构建了可持续利用水资源价值的模糊定价模型，并对可持续利用水资源价值进行效益评价：经济效益、环境效益、社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 With progress of sustainable development strategy, sustainable utilizational Water Resources is becoming an important research fielding water resources.In order to realize a viruous circle of Water Resources development and utilization. The main content of this paper covers the fellowing aspects according to directive thoughts of sustainable development:1 .Based on the general description of water of the world and China,this paper points out the purpose to be studied.2.This paper discusses the brief summarization on the theory foundation of sustainable utilizational Water Resources Value.3.This paper formulates the importance of sustainable utilizational Water Resources Value.
