【摘要】 随着经济的全球化、现代信息网络技术的日益完善和世界运输业的高速发展，物流业已快速发展成为西方发达国家第三产业中一个充满生机与活力的行业，被人们认为是继资源节约和劳动生产率提高之后的第三利润源。 目前，现代物流业已经从为社会提供传统运输服务扩展到以现代科技、管理和信息技术为支撑的综合物流服务，以物流企业为主体、由运输和信息两大平台构成，涉及生产、流通和消费过程的现代物流系统，发展成为适应当今世界经济最新发展趋势的重要基础产业。 同时，我国的改革开放向纵深发展，国民经济和对外贸易已进入突飞猛进的发展轨道，并日益深刻的融入世界经济体系之中。作为全社会生产和生活基础的物流，其在国民经济中的作用和地位受到人们前所未有的关注。因此，如何发展现代物流也日益突出地被提到我国经济发展的战略性高度。许多地方政府都纷纷提出要把现代物流发展成为地方的新兴支柱产业，武汉的经济要发展，也必须抓住当前的大好时机，大力发展现代物流。同时目前国内外对现代物流的研究方兴未艾，在我国，现代物流发展规划和建设已经在一些城市正式提出来，本文针对上述状况对武汉的物流发展策略进行了初步的研究和分析，并提出相关建议。 本文第一章绪论说明了研究的背景和意义，以及本文的内容概括。第二章首先对物流的概念进行了比较研究，分析了现代物流理论的发展沿革和发展趋势，阐述了现代物流业与国民经济的关系。第三章剖析了我国物流产业的发展现状，指出我国物流业发展存在的问题和面临的机遇；第四章具体描述了武汉市物流业现状，指出武汉市物流业发展的优势、条件和存在的困难；并建立评价指标体系，运用最优脱层法和神经网络法，指出武汉市物流业自身的特点及与国内其他大城市的差距；第五章针对武汉市目前构建华中物流中心的规划，提出了一系列发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics industry has developed full of vitality and vigor as one of the third industry in western countries with the process of economic globalization, gradual perfection of modern net technology and high-speed development transportation in the world, which is considered the third profit source besides saving resources and promoting labor efficiency.At present, Logistics industry has expanded from providing traditional transportation service to integrated logistics service supported by modern science, management and information technology. It was made up of two flats of the transportation and information and its main body is logistics companies. Logistics system includes the process of production, circulation and consumption, and it has developed an important basic industry adapting the new trend of global economy.Our country’s innovation and openness has been developing deeply, national economy and foreign trade have gone into orbit of rapid development and become in economic system in the world. Logistics is the basis of all social production and live, whose function and effect in national economy are paid attention to unprecedented. So how to develop logistics has more and more outstanding on the strategic level. Some local government all put forward the idea of building modem logistics into new bracing industry. If Wuhan wants to promote its economy, it must grab this good chance and try its best to develop logistics. And now in our country the study of logistics is in the ascendant, the programming and building of logistics had been put forward in some cities. This paper makes research on Wuhan’s logistics development aiming at aforesaid environments.The background and significance of the topic are illustrated in chapter one preface. In chapter two, the conceptions of modern logistics are compared, the characteristics and trends of modern logistics are analyzed, and the relationship of modern logistics and national economic development is also proposed. In chapter three the development, problems and opportunities in our country are concretelydescribed. In chapter four we analyze the conditions of developing logistics industry in Wuhan city, including strength and weakness. And then we use optimality of every level and method of neural network, comprehensive evaluate development levels of Wuhan logistics industry and point out the questions of Wuhan logistics industry. In chapter five a series of strategies are raised according to the programming of Huazhong logistics center, which is put forward by Wuhan government.更多还原
