不同类型玉米籽粒营养品质形成和高油玉米产量调控规律研究

【摘要】 通过对高油玉米与其它三个不同类型玉米杂交种(包括高淀粉、优质蛋白及紧凑型普通高产玉米)的研究发现,高油玉米籽粒营养品质形成过程中,籽粒营养成分含量变化及积累特点同其它三个类型玉米杂交种略有不同,所有类型玉米籽粒的干物质以及淀粉、粗蛋白和脂肪的积累均符合“S”形曲线;高油及优质蛋白玉米籽粒脱水速率较慢;在授粉20天至50天内淀粉积累较快,30至50天内蛋白质、脂肪积累较快;在籽粒生长过程中,淀粉含量和脂肪含量均呈抛物线变化,高淀粉玉米的淀粉含量和高油玉米的脂肪含量均超过其它类型,而蛋白质含量变化可以用方程Y=X(A+BX)表示。 本试验中关于高油玉米产量调控规律研究,以高油玉米春油1号为供试材料,采用2次饱和D最优设计。探讨肥料、密度对高油玉米籽粒产量和脂肪产量的影响,结果表明:氮、磷、钾肥和密度对高油玉米籽粒产量和脂肪产量的影响均呈抛物线状,可以用方程Y=A+BX+CX2表示,各因素均有一个最佳量值;四个因素间存在明显的互作效应,当各因素取值在适宜的范围内,可以提高高油玉米的籽粒产量和脂肪产量;由于处理间脂肪含量的差异明显小于籽粒产量的差异,各因素对籽粒产量和脂肪产量的影响相似;在我校实验站条件下,当每公顷施用N:328kg,P2O5:118kg,K2O:150kg,密度为5.75万株/公顷时,高油玉米的产量可达到9746公斤。

【Abstract】 The thesis studied the change of nutrition quality and the characteristic of accumulation in different types maize kernel (containing High Oil Maize, High Starch Maize, High Quality Protein Maize and the normal high yield Maize which plant type is compact) during filling-maturing stage. The results indicated: Accumulation of dries material and starch and protein and Oil in different types all accord to the "S" curve line. The kernel of High Oil Maize and High Quality Protein Maize dehydrate slowly. Starch accumulates fast during the period from 20 DAP to 50 DAP; Protein and Oil accumulate fast during the period from 30 DAP to 50 DAP; the content of starch and oil varies like a parabola during filling-maturing stage. The starch content of High Starch Maize is higher than other types. The Oil content of High Oil Maize is higher than other types. The change of protein content can be expressed by the equation "Y=X/(-A +BX)".We use Chunyou No1 as our experimented stuff and use Four-factor saturated experimental design (416A) in this experiment to research the effects of fertilization and density on the seed yield and the oil yield of high-oil maize. The results indicated that: Nitrogenous fertilizer, Phosphor fertilizer, Potassium fertilizer and density all have effect on the seed yield and the Oil yield of high-oil maize , and these effects can be expressed with parabola equation (Y=A+BX+CX2) . When each factor value is suitable, the seed yield and the oil yield of high-oil maize will increase obviously; The effect of each factor on theseed yield and the Oil yield is similar. Because the Oil content difference is lower then the seed production difference. Adopting measures of N328kg/hm2 . P2O5118kg/hm2, K2O:150kg/hm2 and57.5 thousand plant//hm2, the seed yield of High-oil maize will reach 9746kg.Candidate:XuJinxingSpeciality:PlantingSupervisor:LiMingZhangXiangying
