【摘要】 高校科技成果转化问题是制约经济与社会发展的一个重要因素。高校科技成果转化模式对高校科技成果的转化起着至关重要的作用。本文以“十六大”精神和福建省“十五”纲要为指导，通过分析技术商品的特点，利用技术市场理论和技术需求与供给曲线，探讨影响高校技术成果转化的内外因素，在实证研究福建省高校科技成果转化的基础上，借鉴国外科技成果转化模式，选择适合福建省高校科技成果转化的模式，建立适合福建省高校科技成果转化的制度建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The translation of academic technology commodity is an important factor to restrict the development of economists and society. The selection of the translation of academic technology commodity play an important role. In this article, with the guidance of "16th Party Congress" and Fujian "Tenth Five-year Plan" , by analyze the features of technology commodity, by way of technology market and curve of requiring technology and demanding technology, with the research of the factor to effect the translation of academic technology commodity. The author has study the situation of the translation of academic technology commodity in Fujian. Base on the foreign model of the technology commodity translation; select the model fit for the translation of academic technology commodity in Fujian, and establish the system fit for the translation of academic technology commodity in Fujian.更多还原
