深海采矿水力提升系统粗颗粒运动规律模拟研究

【摘要】 大洋多金属结核是一种具有很大开采价值的深海矿产资源,广泛分布于大洋4000-6000m深的海底冲积物上,储量非常大。我国矿区结核直径以30-60mm为主。在开发这种海洋资源的各种可能采矿系统中,水力提升开采系统最为实用,也是我国大洋采矿提升技术主要的研究方向。它由集矿子系统、扬矿子系统、遥测遥控子系统和洋面保障子系统等组成。扬矿子系统是大洋采矿系统中的重要组成部分,它直接影响结核的输送、采矿效率、提升能力、可靠性及作业操作。针对深海采矿水力提升系统结核矿物的管道输送情况,编写了水力提升系统粗颗粒运动模拟(稳定流部分) 程序,主要对深海采矿水力提升过程稳定流状态下粗颗粒的运动状况进行模拟,实现颗粒运动的动画显示。通过对垂直扬矿管、动态扬矿管和复杂形态软管中粗颗粒的运动模拟,分析粗颗粒在管道中的运动规律,为扬矿系统的正常工作提高参考。程序采用颗粒运动分解轨道模型,实现粗颗粒流体两相流的数值模拟。在颗粒运动分解轨道模型中,流体相的运动规律通过Euler法进行描述,粗颗粒的运动通过利用Lagrange方法,从分析粗颗粒在介质中的受力状态出发,追踪每个颗粒的运动轨道,从而详细研究粗颗粒在管道中的运动规律。对锰结核管道输送实验、静态垂直管道、摆动直管道和静态弯曲管道中颗粒运动进行模拟,计算结果较好的反映了颗粒的运动规律,验证了数学模型的正确性。本论文关于粗颗粒水力提升的研究不仅可为深海采矿系统提供安全性评价,对可能出现的问题进行分析和模拟,同样对水力采煤、挖泥船等提升设备设计及系统运行具有一定的参考价值和现实意义。

【Abstract】 Manganese nodules on deep seabed under 4000-6000m have huge exploitation value. The diameters of nodules most are 30-60mm in China exploitation section. People generally recognize the hydraulic lifting mining system for manganese nodules is the most practical system up to now. It consists of lifting pipe subsystem, surface vessel and collector. And the lifting pipe subsystem is important part of the deep seabed mining system. It influences transportation of nodules, mining efficiency and system security.On the base of nodules transportation in the deep seabed mining, this paper has been established a simulation software of coarse particles in lifting pipe. It simulates coarse particles motions status under constant flow and display the lifting process of coarse particles. By the software this paper studies on the rules of coarse particles motions in vertical pipe, swing pipe and bend pipe in order to consult for the deep seabed mining.According to the basic characteristics of coarse solid two-phase flow, the particle-motion-resolution trajectory model have been used in the simulation software, in which the motions of solid phase are obtained by calculating individual particle motions with Lagrange method while liquid flows are obtained by solving the Navier-Stokes equation of continuum with Euler method. Rules of coarse particles motions are good simulated by the numerical model.Studies on the rules of coarse particles motion and simulation have reference value for the deep seabed mining. It also can used in hydraulic excavate coal and other hydraulic lifting equipments.
