新型水分快速测定电子天平研究

【摘要】 针对长期困扰水分检测领域的测量准确性与测量速度之间的矛盾,本文在传统烘干失重法基础上,将红外烘箱和电子天平相结合,提出了采用基于滑块采样的水分检测自适应数据融合方法、在被测样品未完全烘干时期对被测样品水分含量进行预估的新型水分快速测定方法,设计了一种新型水分快速测定电子天平。 新型水分快速测定电子天平能在保证高精度测量的前提下,使诸多行业广泛采用的水分标准检测方法——烘干失重法的测量时间从1~4小时缩短为10~30分钟,解决了传统烘干失重法水分检测存在的测量时间长、操作繁琐、样品在冷却过程中吸收空气中水分造成附加误差等问题,具有广阔的应用前景。 全文分为6部分: 第一章阐述了水分检测的意义,介绍了本文研究背景,归纳总结了本文的创新之处。 第二章介绍了水分检测标准方法——烘干失重法的测量原理、研究现状及存在的不足,提出了一种基于数据融合预估理论的新型水分快速测定电子天平设计思想。 第三章系统地阐述了新型水分快速测定电子天平的工作原理,设计了一种以Intel 16位单片机80C196KC为信息处理核心的水分测定电子天平测控系统,详细介绍了新型水分测定电子天平的红外烘箱及单片机系统的设计,给出了电路原理图。 第四章提出了一种具有良好实时性、自适应性、稳健性和准确性的滑块采样数据融合预估方法。利用这种数据融合预估方法,在保证测量精度的前提下,可大大缩短水分测定时间。通过几种典型样品的多次实验,验证了算法的通用性、准确性与可靠性。 第五章介绍了仪器设计、实验过程中,遇到和解决了的部分关键技术。 第六章总结了论文工作存在的不足,对项目的后续研制提出了改进意见。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new high-speed moisture determination balance based on the loss on drying method and the adaptive data fusion theory with shift sampling method is proposed. Consisted of the infrared oven and the electronic balance, the new moisture balance can precdict the sample’s moisture content with high accuracy while the sample is still under drying. So it can solve the contradiction between the speed and the accuracy of the moisture measurement for a long timeThe traditional method to determine the moisture content is prolix. Because sample absorbs water in the air, the cooling procedure often leads to additional errors. The new moisture balance can solve these problems. It can reduce the time of moisture measurement to 10-30 minutes from 1-4 hours.The paper consists of 6 chapters:The first chapter expounds the great significance of moisture determination, the research background and the innovation of the paper.The second chapter discusses the current situation and limitation of the present standard moisture determination methods. Then the new moisture balance based on the data fusion and prediction theory is presented.The third chapter systematically analyses the principle of the new moisture balance based on Intel 16-bit microcontroller 80C196KC, then introduces the designs of infrared oven and the MCU system The hardware schematics are also presented.The fourth chapter presents the adaptive prediction theory with shift sampling method to speed up the measuring procedure. Practical applications have testified that it is an algorithm with the characteristics of high accuracy, real-time response, stabilization and adaptation. Practical applications also show that the method is feasible.In the fifth chapter, some key techniques to quickly obtain the accurate moisture results are introduced.Finally, the deficiencies of the paper are summarized, and the methods to improve them are proposed.
