【摘要】 从经济学角度和管理学角度关于企业经营实力的研究，从企业成长理论到企业资源能力理论，再到竞争优势理论，成果已经非常丰富。关于企业经营实力评估方法和标准的研究，从战略管理中的多种模式到企业价值评估的多种体系，再到社会中介机构组织的多种标准，成果也很多。这些理论和方法对企业的良性发展具有非常积极的推动作用。然而当人们围绕企业核心竞争力的内涵开展争论的时候，当人们目睹全球化带来的规则压力和信用竞争日趋严峻的时候，当人们感受到企业化时代里企业所需要承受的道德责任空前重大的时候，当人们意识到企业伦理环境之于企业可持续发展重要性不断增强的时候，蕴藏在企业经营实力之中，往常被人们忽视或轻视的企业道德实力问题日渐凸现出来。 本文首先对企业道德与企业经营管理的关系作了理论综述，论述了企业道德实力对企业的文化力、核心竞争力和经营业绩影响，接着介绍了企业道德实力的基本观点，阐述了企业道德实力的衡量标准；其次，提出通过企业道德化管理培育企业道德实力；最后，对唐人神集团企业道德化管理进行了分析和总结，并得出本文的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study on the power of enterprise operation in the view of both the economics and the management has been already abundant; including the Enterprise Growth theory, the Enterprise Resources and Ability theories, the Competitive Advantage theories and so on. As for the research on the valuation method and standard of the power of enterprise operation has also attracted much attention from the various modes of strategy management to various evaluation systems then to the various standards of social medium organization. These theories play a positive role in the development of the enterprise. However when people argue the content of the enterprise core competences, when people witness rule pressure resulting from the globalization and the reputation competition is more rigorous, when people feel the unprecedented pressure from moral responsibility exerted on the modern enterprises, when people are aware of the greater importance of enterprise ethics environment to the enterprise development, the business morals power containing in the power of enterprise operation has been put on an urgent agenda .This paper firstly discusses the influence of the business morals power on the business culture, core competence of the enterprise and business performance. Then expounds the basic views of the business morals power. Moreover, the author makes a study on the measurement standards of the business morals power. Furthermore, the ethics management of Tang Ren Shen Group has been analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the analysis on the problem of our country business morals power education, linking to the experience of Tang Ren Shen Group morals power developments, we put forward some suggestions to foster enterprise morals power of enterprises and draw this paper’s conclusion.更多还原
