【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来，国际化、动态化市场竞争日益激烈，经济及用户需求的不确定性增加，高新技术的迅速发展。企业之间的竞争在很大程度上转变成了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。而构建供应链的首要问题就是供应商伙伴的选择，为此，本文将对此问题进行深入的研究。 本文研究的主要内容如下：首先介绍了本文的研究背景，综述了目前国内外关于供应链及供应链管理问题的研究现状，并简述了本文的主要工作；基于电子市场和供应商伙伴选择是两个各自不同的概念，很多文献对它们之间的关系的研究是零星而不完整的。接着本文通过对以往文献的回顾，给出了关于电子市场的不同分类的一个总结，进而讨论在不同的采购战略模式下IEMP对供应商伙伴选择的作用；为了阐明供应商伙伴选择的理论基础，本论文分别从交易成本、生产、竞争战略等多种角度对供应商伙伴选择的理论基础作出了初步的解释和概括；接着本文分析了供应商合作伙伴关系的益处与风险，介绍了建立供应商合作伙伴关系的实施步骤及其关键成功因素和评价准则，最后给出了一个供应商伙伴选择的总体框架；考虑到供应商伙伴选择是一个既包括定性因素又包括定量因素的多准则问题，为了选出最优的供应商并在符合条件的供应商之间决定原材料采购量多少的分配，本文提出了一种将AHP和线性规划相结合的算法以应用于供应商伙伴的选择；论文最后对本文所做的工作进行了总结与展望。 本文创新工作主要如下： 1．通过对以往文献的回顾，给出了关于电子市场的不同分类的一个总结，进而讨论了在不同的采购战略模式下IEMP对供应商伙伴选择的作用。 2．跨学科研究方法。本论文对供应商伙伴选择运用了经济学和管理学两种理论分析方法，分别从交易成本、生产、竞争战略等多种角度对供应商伙伴选择作出了初步的解释和概括。 3．根据供应商伙伴选择的特点及设计要求的分析，构建了相应的综合评价选择的指标体系和评价准则并给出了一个供应商伙伴选择的总体框架。 4．在供应链管理中，供应商伙伴的选择是其中非常重要的一环，本文对这一个问题进行了深入的研究，并提出了一种层次分析法和线性规划相结合的算法以讨论如何在有约束的情况下选择出最优的供应商以及如何在符合条件的多个供应商之间进行原材料采购量的分配。更多还原

【Abstract】 As knowledge economy coming , market competition with globalization, dynamics becomes fiercer than ever before, Uncertainties in economy and customers are increasing quickly, at the same time high-tech growing fast. How to face this challenge situation is depending mostly on their supply chains. And the first problem to resolve in constructing the supply chain is the supplier selection. This issue will be studied systematically in this dissertation.The main results of the thesis are briefly summarized as follows:(1)Introducing the background of the dissertation and making a review of supply chain and SCM.(2)Discussing the notions of IEMP and supply chain . By presenting a summary of discussion of IEMP based on the literature review, the dissertation will discuss the effect of IEMP to supplier selection in various procurement situations.(3)This dissertation brings forward primary interpretation and summary for the economic phenomenon of supplier selection from points of view of transaction cost, enterprise core competency, competitive strategy and value chain, manufacturing resources integration.(4)After analyzing the benefit and the risk of supplier selection, the step to construct the relationship of supplier selection, the key factor of building that relationship, a framework of supplier selection is presented.(5) In order to select the proper supplier and decide the quantity of purchasing in each selected supplier, an algorithm for supplier selection using AHP and linear programming is proposed to get the final partner considering both qualitative and quantitative factors.(6}Giving a summary and prospect of supplier selection ,The main innovation points are showing as follows:(1 )By presenting a summary of discussion of IEMP based on the literature review. the dissertation will discuss the effect of IEMP to supplier selection in various procurement situations.(2)This dissertation brings forward primary interpretation and summary for the economic phenomenon of supplier selection from points of view of transaction cost, enterprise core competency, competitive strategy and value chain, manufacturing resources integration.(3)By analyzing the character and the requirements of supplier selection, the dissertation present the index system and a framework of supplier selection.(4)Supplier selection is a major problem in supply chain management.
