【摘要】 跨入新世纪以来，国际资本的流动速度明显加快，全球产业结构调整的力度不断加大，发达国家制造业加速向中国东南沿海和沿江开放地带转移。长江三角洲由于具有较强的比较优势，现已成为外商投资的重要地区，浙江制造业迎来了前所未有的重大发展机遇。 随着知识经济在全球的迅速崛起，技术创新已成为每个国家乃至企业发展经济、增强实力的必由之路。这种新的经济环境，使原本步履维艰的众多浙江制造业中小企业面临着更加严峻的考验，技术创新体系的缺乏和技术创新能力的不足，使其在市场竞争中处于劣势。如何使浙江制造业企业以创新为特征的知识经济时代重焕活力，积极接轨当今世界制造业是亟待解决的重大问题。本文正是从这一角度出发，对浙江制造业企业技术创新进行了深入的探讨。 一、阐述了本文涉及的背景知识，系统研究了技术创新理论。 二、全面地分析了浙江制造业企业的现状及面临的挑战，指出了技术创新是浙江制造业企业发展的必由之路。 三、分析于研究了浙江制造业企业技术创新的现状与存在的问题，从技术创新的战略、决策管理、组织体系、企业家的重要作用以及内部环境等方面，对浙江制造业企业技术创新提出了相应对策。 四、论述了应该从政府的角色定位、科技进步和创新的政策体系、技术创新服务体系等方面为浙江制造业企业的发展创造良好的外部环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 With entering into new century, the rate of interinational capital flow has expedited in evidence, the industry structure of the world has increased incessant, and the manufacture of the developed country has transferred to the inshore and inriver southeast in china. The Changjiang River delta has become an important because it has better comparative advantages, so the Zhejiang manufacture enterprises is faced with importance development opportunity.Along with the arrival of knowledge economy, the innovation of technical has become the only way of strengthening the competence for every country and even every enterprise. This kind of new economic environment, make numerous state-owned medium and small manufacture enterprises in Zhejiang, who have been in trouble formerly, faced with more stern situation. Absence of technical innovation system and innovation ability has made them not prevail at market competition. How to make the state-owned Zhejiang manufacture enterprises bloom in the times of knowledge economic whose symbol is innovation is an important problem to be solved quickly. From this aspect, the paper draws out the pattern of Zhejiang manufacture enterprises technical innovation system.In chapter one, it introduces the background involved by this thesis and the theory of technical innovation.In chapter two, it analyses the station and challenges of Zhejiang manufacture enterprises, and it infers that building up the technical innovation is the only way for Zhejiang manufacture enterprises to get rid of the trouble.In chapter three, it analyses the station and problems of technical innovation of Zhejiang manufacture enterprises, and it is described in detail from several perspectives including the innovation strategy, innovation decision-making, organize system, importance of enterprise manager, internal innovation environment and so on.In chapter four, some factors to create better external environment for Zhejiangmanufacture enterprises are summarized, including government facilities and its role, policy system of science and technology and innovation, service system of technical innovation and so on.更多还原
