论新世纪语文教师素质

【摘要】 素质教育已经成为我国跨世纪教育改革的主旋律。素质教育的提出与实施，给中国传统教育带来了新的勃勃生机。素质教育需要一支高素质的教师队伍予以保证，实旌素质教育是广大教师的神圣职责。教师素质已成为推动世界教育向前发展的一张王牌。语文是基础学科，是工具学科，学好语文至关重要。研究中学语文教师的素质对提高教师素质和指导教学实践有着积极的作用。 本文从新世纪、新时代经济和社会发展的要求出发，从理论与实践的结合上，对新世纪语文教师素质及培养等一系列问题上，做了比较全面、系统、深入的阐述。主要包括以下几个方面：一、从素质、教师素质到教师素质特征三个方面阐述教师素质的内涵。二、新世纪语文教师素质面临着更新观念、才学知识、现代教育技术三大挑战。三、系统论述了新世纪语文教师素质——高尚的师德、先进科学的教育理念、合理的知识结构、语文教学能力、健康的身心素质。四、提出提高语文教师素质的优化措施。 总之，本人注重实践调查研究，通过文献阅读获取准确完备的材料，进行分析研究确定观点，再经过实践去验证，使理论与实践相融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality-based education has become the main melody that our country across the education reform of the century. Putting the quality-based education into practice bring new thriving source of vitality to China tradition education. The quality-based education needs teacher’s troops of a high quality-based to guarantee. The large teacher has got the sarced job that puts the quality-based education. The teacher’s quality-based has become a trump card to push the world forward. The language is a foundation course, is a tool course. To learn it well is important. Studying the quality-based of teacher have the positive effect on increasing teacher’s quality-based and guiding the teaching practices.This text is from the new century and morden econmy request that develop to set out with the society, is last with the combination of the fulfillment from the theories, is related to a series of problem of teacher’s quality-based and training. The text did a detaiced and through expatiation. Include the following aspects: The first, From quality-based to teacher’s quality-based is gradually of expatiate the content of teacher’s quality-based. The language teacher’s quality-based of new century faces three challenges about learning knowledge and morden education technigue. The second, The text discussed that the language teacher’s quality-based is constituted by the education principle, advanced knowledge, teaching ability and healthy mind.
