【摘要】 体育管理体制与社会经济发展模式高度相关，产生于我国计划经济体制下的体育管理体制已不适应社会主义市场经济体制。目前，我国体育管理体制需要进一步深化改革，实现政府管理体育的市场化转变，增强宏观调控能力和体育市场监管能力，调动社会多元化主体参与体育事业发展的积极性，推动体育产业化进程。通过体育协会实体化改革，实现体育协会在体育发展中的主力军作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sports culture management has a close relationship with the development of economic mode and social situation. The existing plan-oriented sports administration has seldom harmonization to meet the needs with the reform of market oriental system in China. With this, a further system elevation upon sports administration in necessitous to seek compatibilities and harmony with market-oriented system, by stressing macro control and monitoring of government for sports market, encouraging extensive public participation for our society and supporting a rapid growth of sports industrialization as a policy and developing association-level sports-taking professional association as a dominant power in sports.更多还原
