未知主轴各向异性介质的热导张量光热测量方法研究

【摘要】 介绍光热(PT)技术的发展状况和基本理论。 使用光热辐射方法研究不透明各向异性材料的热物理特性。先是考察将热单轴各向异性材料在连续调制光辐照下,在柱坐标系下建立光热辐射测量(PTR)技术的三维理论模型。假设入射光均匀辐照样品所得的一维模型,与入射光为高斯光得到的三维模型进行比较,发现一维模型的不足。同时,也得出高斯光光斑半径与样品半径之比大于0.7时,三维模型完全可以用一维模型替代的重要结论。 随后又以在连续调制光辐照下的各向异性介质的热传导理论为基础,通过So(3)群转动理论,导出确定任意不透明各向异性介质在笛卡儿坐标下的热导张量和热导主轴方向的测量方法。并以石墨为例,从实验上论证了其方法正确。

【Abstract】 Developmental status and basal theories of photothermal technology were introduced.The thermally physical characteristics of opaque Anisotropic Materials were studied by using photothermal radiation. At first, the 3-D theoretical model of photothermal radiation was built in the cylindrical coordinate axes, by reviewing thermally uniaxial materials irradiated by continuously modulated beam. Compared with the 3-D theoretical model that was obtained when the incident laser was Gaussian beam, the 1-D one that was obtained when the incident beam irradiated equably the sample was defective. At the same time, if the ratio between the radius of incident Gaussian beam and that of the sample was over 0.7, An important conclusion, the 3-D theoretical model was replaced completely by the 1-D one, was drawn .After that, according to thermal conduction theories of anisotropic materials that were irradiated with continuously modulated laser, a photothermal measuring method about the thermal conductivity tensor and the orientation of the principal axis of the conductivity of arbitrarily opaquely anisotropic materials in the Descartes coordinate axes was given by virtue of the theories of So(3) group rotation. And taking example for the graphite, the method was correct by demonstrating experimentally.
