黄酮化合物的微分脉冲伏安法测定

【摘要】 本文应用微分脉冲伏安法,对芦丁、葛根素、沙苑子苷、黄芩苷和水飞蓟宾等五种黄酮化合物的电化学性质进行了探讨,结果表明上述几种化合物均有良好的电化学还原活性,每种化合物的还原行为有一定的差异,各黄酮化合物主要还原电流峰高与各自浓度呈良好的线性关系。在此基础上,对多元黄酮混合物进行测定,可测得各组分的响应信号,还原峰电流与黄酮浓度也呈现出良好的线性相关性。而且,当黄酮组分一定时,微分脉冲极谱图具有特征性及相对稳定性,满足作为指纹图谱的基本要求。预期,将化学计量学与微分脉冲伏安技术结合,可为中药指纹图谱的研究提供新的方法,该方法具有切实可行、操作简便、响应时间短等优点。 本文还应用微分脉冲极谱法,对中药沙苑子提取液中的黄酮类化合物进行了测定,灵敏度高,得到满意结果。

【Abstract】 The electrochemical properties of the flavonoids such as Complanatuside,Silimarin,Puerarin,BaicaIin and Rutin have been studied with the method of differential pulse voltammetry in this paper.The results showed that the electrochemical reduction activity of those flavonoids were quite good but there were some difference between them.The height of main reduction peak of every compounds linearly responded to the concentration respectively.On this basis, the responds of every component in flavonoids mixtures could be obtained,and the height of reduction peak linearly responded to the concentration.When the composition was fixed,the chart of differential pulse voltammetry was characteristic and relatively stable,which satisfied the basic demands as fingerprint.To combine chemometrics with differential pulse voltammetry anticipatively provide a new way for the study of fingerprint,which is realizable,easy to operate and quick.Differential pulse voltammetry was used to determine flavonoids in Astragalus complanatus’ extracts. This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality control in Astragalus complanatus .
