【摘要】 我国烟草行业计算机网络(行业内联网)是由国家烟草专卖局(中国烟草总公司)、各省级局(公司)、各地市级局(分公司)、各县级局(公司)，以及各烟草工业企业局域网(或园区网)互连组成的广域计算机网络。网络规模大、层次多，网上应用繁杂，与烟草行业生产经营管理活动的联系紧密，安全和管理是目前行业内联网面临的重大课题。本论文是作者作为项目负责人对烟草行业计算机网络信息系统的安全体系框架研究和方案设计的概括和总结。论文所提出的安全框架和安全体系的设计，依据烟草行业信息化总体规划，遵循“统一规划、统一标准、统一管理、分步实施”的基本原则，遵照我国相关法律法规，参照有关信息安全标准体系，结合行业网络及应用系统的实际需求，在风险分析及安全需求分析的基础上做出的，该方案已通过论证，并已开始在部分省、市实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese tobacco industry computer network (Tobacco-Intranet) is composed of the LANs of National level, provincial level, local level, county level tobacco corporations and the company networks of manufacture enterprises, with a large scale and many layers. Applications on the intranet are complex and get in closely touch with industry’s product, operation and management. Security and management are critical subjects facing Tobacco-Intranet currently. The framework research and design of the security system will base on IT Master Plan such as "overall planning, unified standards, centralized management, step-by-step implementation". The establishment of the system will also follow relevant standards regarding information security, laws and regulations of P. R. C, while combining real needs of intranet and application in tobacco industry. In light of the risk and security analysis, a network-wide security structure of the Tobacco-Intranet information system will be designed, and security solutions and management strategies will be proposed. This dissertation is framework research and solution design on computer network & information security structure for Tobacco-Intranet.更多还原
