【摘要】 马克思主义唯物史观认为，人类社会发展的物质动力和精神动力是一对矛盾，其中物质动力起着根本的决定作用，而精神动力则具有能动的促进作用。本文着重研究在马克思主义指导下，中国共产党三代领导核心对社会主义发展精神动力问题的认识与实践。 第一部分，论述分析马克思主义经典作家关于社会发展精神动力的学说。马克思恩格斯创立的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义完成了哲学史上革命性的变革，为正确认识与处理社会发展动力问题提供了方法论指导。列宁在缔造世界上第一个社会主义国家的革命实践中，充分发挥了精神动力的作用，并认为在社会主义建设中精神动力的作用会逐渐增强。 第二部分，论述分析党的三代领导核心的社会主义发展精神动力思想。以毛泽东为核心的第一代领导集体继承了马克思主义经典作家精神动力学说的精髓，并结合中国革命和建设的实际，提出了“人是要有一点精神的”的重要命题，发展了社会主义精神动力思想。以邓小平为核心的第二代领导集体吸收了第一代领导集体在处理社会主义发展动力问题上的经验和教训，在改革开放的伟大实践中坚持了“两手抓”，为社会主义发展动力学说增添了新的内容。以江泽民为核心的第三代领导集体站在新世纪、新时代的高度，结合社会主义市场经济、民主政治和精神文明的最新实践成果，对推进社会主义发展的强大精神动力进行了新的科学概括。 第三部分，论述分析了学习党的三代领导核心精神动力思想的启示，即要坚持马克思主义的指导思想；要大力发扬时代精神，弘扬和培育民族精神；要在实践中辩证地处理物质动力与精神动力的关系；要进一步加强和改进党的思想政治工作等。 通过上述分析，本文得出结论：精神动力是社会主义发展动力体系中一个重要组成部分，物质动力的作用不能代替精神动力的作用。我国新世纪的现代化建设要在发挥物质动力决定作用的同时，进一步增强社会主义发展的精神动力，建设中国特色社会主义经济、政治和文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marxist historical materialism believes that material force and spiritual force is a pair of contradiction. While the former plays an essential and decisive role in social development, the latter, spiritual force, has dynamic and stimulating impact. This dissertation, which falls into three parts, talks about the thoughts of CPC’s three generations’ leading nucleus respectively concerning the spiritual dynamics of socialist development.The first part expounds the Marxism founders’ theory on the spiritual force of social development. The dialectical materialism and historical materialism founded by Marx and Engels created revolutionary changes in the philosophy history, offering methodological guide to correctly comprehending and manipulating the dynamics for social development. Lenin has given full play to the role of spiritual motive force in the socialist revolution; and he thinks that the functions of spiritual force will be strengthened gradually in socialist construction as well.The second part analyses the spiritual force thoughts in socialist development of CPC’s three generations’ leading nucleus. In the light of the reality of Chinese revolution and the subsequent construction, Mao Zedong proposed an important statement that "being a spiritual person" and developed the thought of socialist spiritual motive force; Deng Xiaoping studied the experiences and lessons of the first generation of leading group in dealing with socialist development force and advocated "stress on both hands" in the great practice of reforming and opening-up, thus added new contents to the socialism force theory; As the nucleus of the third leading collective, Jiang Zemin integrated the latest achievements of socialist market economy, democratic politics and spiritual civilization, and gave new epitome on the strong spiritual force that promotes the development of socialism.The last part concerns with the enlightenment brought on by the spiritual force thoughts of CPC’s three generations’ leading nucleus. That is, we should adhere to theguiding role of Marxist theory; develop and foster the spirit of the times as well as national spirit; dialectically deal with the relation between material force and spiritual force in our practice; strengthen and improve CPC’s ideological and political work.Through the above analysis, we can get such conclusion: spiritual motive force is an indispensable component in the motive force system of socialism development. The function of spiritual force can’t be replaced with that of material force. While giving play to the decisive action of material force, the national spiritual force concerning modernization construction of the new century should be strengthened to a further extent, so as to build socialist economy, politics and culture with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
