地下连续防渗墙墙体新材料——固化灰浆性能及工艺试验研究

【摘要】 目前来看,地下连续墙的墙体材料主要是以混凝土或钢筋混凝土为主,这在以地下连续墙承受较大荷载为主的基础工程中是适用的,但如果地下连续墙是以防渗为主要目的,或是在一些临时工程或其它特种工程中,单纯地使用混凝土或钢筋混凝土就不适用了,取而代之的较好的方法之一就是采用固化灰浆防渗墙。但国内外对固化灰浆的研究还不是很充分,鉴于此,本文对防渗型地下连续墙墙体材料——固化灰浆进行了试验研究,并从中探索出一些规律。 论文首先介绍了地下连续防渗墙施工技术在国内外的发展状况,然后阐述了固化灰浆的主要成分——泥浆的功能性质和材料。通过对水泥的水化、水玻璃与黏土的反应、水泥与水玻璃的反应以及水泥土的固结,探讨了固化灰浆的固结机理,得出固化灰浆的固结过程基本上与水泥的水化过程相似,但又有其独特之处。 由于固化灰浆是一种新型的地下连续防渗墙墙体材料,为了更好的掌握它,论文对提高固化灰浆的施工性能进行了试验研究,得出砂以干掺的方式而水玻璃以两次加入法是使固化灰浆施工性能提高的一种途径;然后通过模型试验模拟四种施工方法,比较各种方法的成墙效果,认为气拌原位搅拌法为较好之法;而气拌时间对固化灰浆的性能影响试验则给出了最适宜的搅拌时间是控制在一个小时之内。 为了使固化灰浆配方多样化,对固化灰浆的新配方进行了探讨,并测试了新配方所得的固化灰浆,试验结果表明其性能指标可以满足地下连续防渗墙的设计和施工要求。

【Abstract】 The diaphragm wall is usually made of concrete or reinforced concrete, and when it comes to the diaphragm wall which is used to sustain main load, this kind of diaphragm wall can performance well, but if the main purpose of the diaphragm wall is being temporary, special or water-proof engineering the diaphragm wall using concrete or reinforced concrete only would not be economical because the diaphragm wall cost too much concrete, diaphragm wall made of hardened-slurry is a better way to solve the cost-problem, and another problem comes that :engineer is not familiar with hardened-slurry’s performance, so it is necessary to study hardened-slurry and probe some regular pattern in the performance of the harden-slurry.In the first part of this thesis, the history of the diaphragm wall in the world is introduced, then in the following, the main element of the hardened-slurry -slurry is related. Through the process of cement’ hydration ,the reaction between water glass and clay, the reaction between cement and water glass, the solidification of the of hardened cement, the solidification mechanism of the hardened-slurry is discussed. A conclusion is drawn that the process of the hardened-slurry is some like the hydration of the cement, but there are also some differences .Since the hardened-slurry is a new kind of construction material, the paper undertook some experiments to find a proper way to optimize its performance. The author think that sand but not mortar can improve the fluidity of the hardened-slurry, and the water glass being divided into two partitions can also better the hardened-slurry. In the last partition, the air-agitating method compared with other construction methods is thought to be the proper one in the diaphragm construction, and the optimal agitating- tine is one hour or so.To verify the prescription of the hardened-slurry, the author probed the feasibility of new prescription and test the new hardened-slurry, it is proved that the new hardened-slurry can meet the demand of design and construction.
