【摘要】 自中国加入世贸以来，中国企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈，企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地，产品质量是关键。为了提高本企业的竞争力，加强产品的质量管理，许多企业纷纷按ISO9000质量体系标准建立各自的贯标文件，出台了一系列管理办法。随着计算机和网络技术的飞速发展，运用信息技术建立互连网络，实现计算机自动化管理，已成为社会各行各业改进管理、提高效率的一个主要手段，作为一直控制中国运输业的铁路部门自然也不例外，应铁路机务段要求以及科研的需要，我们开发了符合ISO9000质量管理标准的机车检修质量管理信息系统，尝试计算机模拟人类质量管理思维对机车检修质量进行管理。 本文从与一般管理信息系统开发方案比较开始，结合本系统的特点对系统开发方式、体系结构的选择进行了分析。通过对机车检修流程分析，逐步介绍各子系统以及子系统内各功能模块的具体内容、实现方案。着重讲解ISO9000质量管理思想实现方法，结合实例对质量管理的八大原则实现进行了分析。通过对前端开发工具、数据库设计、系统网络设计、系统安全设计等具体实现方式的探讨，展现机车检修系统设计的全貌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since China’s entry into WTO, the enterprises in our country are facing more and more fiercer competition. In order to stand still in the competition, the enterprises would try their best to ensure qualities of the product. In this case, many enterprises have worked out a new managing system according to the files which bases on the standard of ISO9000. With the rapid development of computer and net technology, it has become a main measure for all walks of life to improve the management skills and enhance the efficiency through establishing information network, therefore realizing the auto-management by computers. Railway department, standing at the leading position of Chinese transportation, is of no exception. To meet the need of railway locomotive depot, we have worked out MIS for locomotive overhaul, in the spirit of ISO9000, trying to realize computer artificial management.This paper starts from comparison ordinary MIS projects with the characteristics of this system, making analysis to the means of exploring and selection of structures. Trough analyzing the procedure of locomotive overhaul, it introduces the sub-system and specific contents as well as practicing project of each functional module. The paper put special emphasize on means of realizing the IS09000. It analyses the Eight principles that relate to quality management, together with examples. By probing in developing tools, design of database, design of network and design of system security, it shows the panorama of locomotive overhaul design system.更多还原
