【摘要】 居住区休闲景观是艺术，更是一种文化，或者说是文化的一种载体。无论过去还是将来，城市景观始终都是人类文明状况的标志。正因为有文化含义的存在，居住区休闲景观才具有丰富多彩的特色，人们才有认同归属感。以经纬作比喻，世界上的各民族文化就如同经线，各民族文化的发展进程就如同纬线，无数的经纬织就出居住区休闲景观的兴起和繁荣。 本课题拟就城市居民日常的非盈利性休闲环境展开研究。这部分环境由于不能直接产生经济利益回报而多依赖政策支持，政府拨款和捐助，所以文中将对休闲政策和资金来源进行分析，并介绍欧洲国家的成功经验，同时在我国武汉、南京、广州城市实地调查研究的基础上，得到一些设计原则，重点强调环境建设前期的政策支持，中间阶段建筑和环境艺术专业以人为本的设计原则，完成阶段管理维护，三阶段相辅相成，缺一不可。希望能够对此阶段与城市居民日常休闲生活密切相关的非盈利性休闲设施的建设提供一些有益指导，营造可供不同年龄层次健身的简易的非盈利性设施，及给人们在休闲之时创造一个可消除冷漠和孤寂、交往的环境，使人得到充分的休息和放松。 本书系统、全面地研究了居住区日常非盈利性休闲设施相关内容。一直以来，我国对居住区的商业环境，盈利性休闲设施、交通环境，而对非盈利性休闲环境缺乏研究，导致居住环境越来越漂亮的同时小区內可供户外休闲娱乐们空间场所少，面积小，休闲空间只是简单的放置大面积绿地，却又无法进入。几把座椅和陈旧的儿童设施。本书的出现则填补了这一空白，非盈利性休闲环境设计由于不能直接产生经济效益，建设和维护多靠政府支持，所以书中对相关政策部分做了详细介绍，主要介绍了两方发达国家的成功经验，并在此基础上对我国的相关建设提出了建议的政策、规范。另外，书中结合国外的成功经验和作者的实际调查，得出指导设计的原则。文中还提出了休闲社区的概念，提倡一种更加质朴、自然，更加清新和追求不留设计痕迹的居住环境设计风格。继而从小区地形塑造、步道系统、社区广场、植栽配置、基础绿化、水景、消防车道等各个方面，针对目前国内社区在规划设计中存在的一些弊病，对现代居住环境景观设计手法进行探讨，提出了许多具有建设性、操作性强的方法。文中还着重提到，应在建筑、道路都还没有确定的情况下，由景观规划师来做整体规划，对小区建筑、道路进行整体布局，从而创造真正的休闲社区，营造亲切的人性空间。 论文具有较强的理论指导作用和设计参考价值，注重居住区休闲景观理论研究的武汉理工大学硕士学位论文专业化程度，注重城市景观设计教育的试验性，注重“游戏精神”(play Spirit)的体现，开拓多元化的思路。论文拟编写成教材(供本学院试用)，提出居住区休闲景观设计具有创新意义的理论和方法，适合环境艺术设计专业学习和实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Leisure Community landscape is a culture more than an art, or may be a record of culture. No matter in the past or in the future, urban landscape & gardening is always the symbol of the human being’s culture. For the sense of culture, Leisure Community landscape express colorfully, and the people have the identification of which the national cultures in world is as warps and the progress of each national culture is as weft, that all construct the beginning and flourishing of Leisure Community landscape.This lesson has drafted the city resident usually of not the earnings leisure environment launches the research. Always since then, our country to business environment that live the area, earnings leisure facilities, transportation environment, but to not the earnings leisure environment lacks the research, causing living environment the more and more beautiful small area inside can be provided as outdoor leisure amusement at the same time the space place is little, the area is small, the leisure space just places the big area in brief greenly, the but again can’t enter. Still put forward the concept of the leisure Community, and continues by advocating a new, simple and natural landscape architectural style for residential communities that removes all traces of contrived planning. An analysis is made of common mistakes being made in the landscape architectural design of today’s national residential communities, and proposes many practical and constructive suggestions with regard to such issues as topography design, pedestrian traffic, community plazas, planting design, water features, and emergency vehicle access. The article also stresses that it is the landscape architects that should design the master plan for a project, and provide complete planning for the buildings, roads, riverland lakes, so as to provide a natural, leisure community that addresses the needs of the human component.The paper gives much more directive function to the theory and provide the reference for the landscape design.
