【摘要】 目的：竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号具有清热解毒、益气养阴、疏肝解郁的功效。本研究探索其治疗伴有抑郁症状的寻常型进行期银屑病的临床疗效和作用机理。方法：将经Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定抑郁指数≥0.5的64例寻常型进行期银屑病患者随机分为竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号治疗组、复方青黛丸阳性对照组，分别于治疗前后测定其外周血T细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8）及血清可溶性白介素2受体（sIL-2R）水平，并评定其治疗前后的皮损面积和严重程度（PASI）及抑郁指数变化。结果：1.竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组和复方青黛丸组治疗后两组患者的PASI均下降，尤以竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组下降明显，显著优于复方青黛丸组（P<0.01）。2. 竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组和复方青黛丸组均能降低患者的抑郁指数，但以竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号作用明显，显著优于复方青黛丸组（P<0.01）。3. 竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组和复方青黛丸组均能改善CD3、CD4、CD8水平及CD4/CD8比值，但以竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组改善明显，优于复方青黛丸组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。4. 竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组和复方青黛丸组均能下调sIL-2R水平，但以竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号组下调明显，显著优于复方青黛丸组（P<0.01）。结论：竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号可明显减轻伴有抑郁症状的寻常型进行期银屑病患者的皮损症状，改善患者的抑郁情绪，提高患者的生活质量；可调节银屑病患者的免疫功能异常。竹黄颗粒剂Ⅱ号是一种治疗伴有抑郁症状的寻常型银屑病的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Zhuhuang Granule No.Ⅱ has the effects of Qing Re Jie Du, Yi Qi Yang Yin，Shu Gan Jie Yu. This study is to investigate the therapeutic effect on active psoriasis vulgaris with depression of Zhuhuang Granule No.Ⅱ and its effective mechanism.Methods: 64 cases who were active psoriasis vulgaris patients with the indexes≥0.5 based on Zung self-rating depression scal(SDS) were divided into trial group and control group. The cases of trial group were treated by Zhuhuang Granule NO.Ⅱ and the cases of control group were treated by Qingdai pill. The T lymphocyte subsets(CD3, CD4, CD8) in peripheral blood and the sIL-2R in serum of all cases in trial group and control group were examined before treating and after treating. All cases in both groups were evaluated by SDS and Psoriasis Area Severity lndex(PASI) before treating and after treating.Results: 1. The PASI of All cases in both of the trial group and control<WP=5>group decreased after treating, but the improvement in Zhuhuang Granule No.Ⅱ group was more remarkable than that in Qingdai pill group(P<0.01). 2. The index of SDS of all cases in both of the groups declined after treating, bat the drop of the Zhuhuang Granule No.Ⅱ group was more remarkable than that in Qingdai pill group(P<0.01). 3. The levels of CD3, CD4, CD8 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in both groups were all improved, but the improvement of those in Zhuhuang Granule NO.Ⅱ group was more notable than that in Qingdai pill group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). 4. The levels of sIL-2R in both groups were all doun-regulated, but the declining of that in Zhuhuang Granule NO Ⅱ were lower than that in Qingdai pill(P<0.01). Conclusions: Zhuhuang Granule NO.Ⅱ can markedly lessen the lesion and improve the depressed emotion of the active psoriasis vulgaris patients with depression. It also has significant effect on the regulation of abnomal immune function in those patients.更多还原
