【副题名】从单个农产品角度分析

【摘要】 科技进步对经济增长的决定性作用已为经济增长的历史所证实，在现代经济增长中它已成为决定一个国家、地区或部门竞争力的关键因素，推动本地各个产业的科技进步已成为各地政府的共识。目前已有的研究大多是从农业总量水平上分析一个经济系统的科技进步作用，这种研究方法由于存在资本存量和农业剩余劳动力的估量问题，而使得其分析结果有一定的偏差。本文从单个农产品的角度出发，选择江苏省的五种种植业农产品为研究对象，通过对五种农产品的科技进步率的测算及其土地生产率和劳动生产率增长的分析，得出以下结论：1、科技进步在促进江苏省农业经济增长中起着主要作用；2、江苏省土地生产率和劳动生产率的增长主要来源于科技进步；3、江苏省在发展农业中采取的是同时提高土地生产率和劳动生产率并偏向劳动生产率增长的科技进步模式。 本文共分为五个部分：引言、农业经济增长与科技进步、江苏省农产品的产出与投入变动状况分析、江苏省农业科技进步作用的实证分析、结论与对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The decisive role technological progress plays in promoting economic growth has been proved by history of economic increases, and it is a key factor in determining modern economic growth in a nation, region or department, so it becomes a common sense for local government to promote technological progress of every industry. The current studies analyze technological progress of economic system at a level of total amount, but such analytical result has certain systematical error for the estimate of capital stock and agricultural surplus. The paper, from the angle of single agricultural product, ascertain situation of progress in agricultural technology and science and direction it takes and provides countering policies and suggestions on the basis of choosing five varieties of agricultural products in planting industry and computing progress rate of five products and analyzing growth of labor productivity. On the above analysis, we get the following concluding remarks,1: Progress in science and technology plays a decisive role in promoting agricultural economic growth in Jiangsu.2: Growth in land productivity and labor productivity in Jiangsu results from progress in science and technology.3: Model of scientific and technological progress, namely improving land productivity and labor productivity simultaneously and labor-productivity-biased growth model, is adopted in developing agriculture in Jiangsu.The paper is organized into five parts, namely introduction; growth in agricultural economy and progress in science and technology; change in input & output of agricultural products in Jiangsu; positive analysis of role played by progress in agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu; conclusions and countering suggestions.更多还原
