虚拟制造技术中数控加工仿真的研究及实现

【摘要】 为了提高在激烈的市场竞争中的生存能力,企业应当能够对市场需求变化做出快速敏捷的反应,并及时地对自身的生产做出合理调整与重新规划。计算机软硬件技术及网络技术的迅速发展为实现这一目标提供了强有力的支持。基于这些因素,90年代中期有许多新概念、新观点应运而生,虚拟制造就是其中之一。作为虚拟制造中的关键技术,数控加工仿真是该领域中的一个重要研究方向。而且它本身也有很大的应用价值。 本文在分析比较国内外多种数控加工仿真技术的基础上,采用了在图像空间中的深度元素实体表示法,来离散毛坯和刀具,大大降低了仿真过程运算复杂度。在此基础上,对原有毛坯和刀具的造型、显示算法进行了改进,提高了效率,达到仿真实时性的要求。 此外,作者还探讨了系统与外部文件接口的问题,从而进一步增强了系统的实用性和可扩展性。
【Abstract】 To be developing in intense market competition, an enterprise should make a smart reaction to the change of market demand, make reasonable adjustment and re-scheme for the production in time. The quick development of computer and network technology provide a strong support achieving this goal. For these reasons, there have many new ideas and viewpoints in the 1990’s, one of these is VM (Virtual Manufacturing). As a key of VMT, the simulation of NC (numerical control) cutting has an important status in this field. Moreover, it also has great value in application.This paper has adopted the dexel (depth element) representation solid model to discrete workpiece and cutting swept volume, after various NC simulation methods had been analyzed and compared. This method has reduced the complex degree in simulation greatly. On the base of these, the way to create solid and cutting tools modeling and display algorithm is corrected, and the efficiency is improved, which can reach the requirement of real-time simulation.Besides, the communication between system and external file has been discussed. All these has further improve the practicality and extendable of the system.
