基于OOP的电机非线性瞬态电磁场数值分析

【摘要】 在实际的工程计算中,由于电机结构比较复杂,采用数值解法比用解析法具有一定的优越性,且准确度较高。但是,这首先要依赖于对电机非线性瞬态过程的准确仿真,涉及到从电机的瞬态过程理论、数值计算方法、乃至非线性方程组求解和有限元剖分等多方面的问题。因此,研究一种通用快速的分析计算方法和流程,对于科学研究和工程应用十分重要。目前面向对象编程技术(OOP)和组件技术(COM)已在软件领域得到广泛应用,本文在进行非线性瞬态电磁场理论分析的基础上,采用OOP技术,进行了电机求解的基本类库的构建,将大型稀疏矩阵的存储与有关算法紧密耦合,显著提高了运算速度,并形成了用于求解非线性瞬态电磁场的软件包。该软件包最终封装为COM组件、OCX控件或DLL动态连接库的形式,可被Window环境下使用的大多数编程语言及软件所使用,从而使移植性、通用性以及复用性都得到了可靠的保证。在研究中,还对涉及到的相关问题如时步法对瞬态问题的处理、牛顿-拉夫逊法求解非线性问题作了探讨,并以一台600MW汽轮发电机为例,进行了结果仿真验证。

【Abstract】 In engineering practice, because the geometry of electrical machine is very complicate, numerical method has more advantages than analysis method such as accuracy. However, this is depend on the accurate simulation on nonlinear transient electromagnetic field, which relate with many aspects, include transient theory of machine, numerical calculation method, solving nonlinear equations, FEM mesh generation and so on. Therefore, to develop a general purpose analysis method and procedure is very important for science research and engineering application.Today, OOP and COM technique is used widely in software area. In this paper, on the basis of nonlinear transient electromagnetic field analysis, OOP technique is applied to build the basic class library of machine, and the store of large sparse matrix was combined with related algorithm closely, which save the CPU time obviously. The special software package was compiled and encapsulated as COM component, OCX or DLL, which can be called by many programming languages. As a result, the transplantation, versatility and reusable ability are ensured fully.During the research, some discussions such as how to solve transient problem using time-stepping method and how to solve nonlinear problem using N-R method are presented. Finally, the nonlinear transient electromagnetic field of a 600MW turbo-generator is solved and the simulation results verify the methods.
