【摘要】 学籍管理一直是高校教务管理工作中重要的组成部分，是一项十分细致而复杂的工作。长期以来，学籍管理一直采用手工方式进行，由于数据繁杂，劳动强度大，工作效率低，极易出差错。而且，不便于查询、分类、汇总和对数据信息进行科学分析。因此，很难发挥学籍管理在教学管理过程中的导向作用。本文以哈尔滨理工大学研究生学籍管理信息系统为例，详细阐述了面向对象的管理信息系统的具体设计与实现，包括可行性研究、开发计划、需求分析、系统目标、具体功能模块的划分及硬件配置。最后阐述了本系统在开发过程中的具体设计步骤以及遇到的一些实际问题及解决方案。本系统的开发完成将明显改善我校研究生教育的管理水平。本文主要包含两部分内容：学籍管理系统的分析与管理信息系统的设计。关于研究生学籍管理系统的分析，本文主要做了以下两方面的工作：第一，简单阐述系统相关的概念，开发原则。详细分析了学籍管理系统的一般任务，以及本校的研究生学籍管理系统的管理内容及流程，选择系统技术方案以及开发方法。第二，根据实际情况及设计要求，确定开发步骤，对系统的各模块进行初步理论上的定位。关于研究生学籍管理信息系统的设计，本文主要做了以下三方面的工作：第一，介绍关系数据库的基本概念，根据关系数据库的设计规则，创建系统所有的后台数据库表及表间关系。第二，根据实际使用情况，确定数据库的储存方式，给出系统在多客户环境下的解决方案。对系统所需人机交互界面的内容进行分析，完成各个窗体的具体设计工作。第三，对系统在实现过程中的具体问题进行分析，给出解决方案，进一步完善研究生学籍管理信息系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Students’ registration management has always been an important part of the teaching management of universities. It is a kind of job of great particularity and complexity. Students’ registration management has been done by handwork for a long time and has a lot of shortcomings by this lag means, such as low efficiency, easy to slip cogs and so on. Furthermore, it is no propitious to the operation of query, classify, collection and scientific assay to the data, and can hardly play the leading role of the students’ status management in the teaching of universities. With the development of Internet/Intranet and the maturity of database, It is an exigent request to establish student manage information system. The main task of this paper is to describe some conceptions and the model of Database Management Information System, and applies its basic idea and method to projects in which the postgraduate’s registration management information system of Harbin University of Science and Technology is studied. It introduces the primary and overall design, function design, database design, hardware and software design. At last, it discusses in details the main technology used in this object and the difficulties concerning this system and the solutions that is taken in the paper.This paper consists of two parts: the analysis of the students’ registration management information system and the design of the management information system.On the analysis of the students’ registration management information system, the main works are follows:First, the correlative conceptions, principles and the assignments of the students’ registration management information system are expounded. The technical scheme and the exploiture method are selected.Second, on the bases of the practical circs and requisition of system design, the exploiture process is confirmed and the modules are designed primarily.<WP=6>On the design of the management information system, the main works are follows:First, the basal conceptions of relation database are introduced. The database and the relations between tables are set up on the basis of design regulation of relation database.Second, the storage method of database and the resolvent under the multi-users environment are confirmed on the bases of use circs. The work of the design of all forms in the system is finished.Third, the difficulties concerning this system are analyzed and the solutions are given to perfect the postgraduate’s registration management information system.This system has been used in Harbin University of Science and Technology. Through practical opertation, the system’s reliability and practicability are proved.更多还原
