沥青路面抗滑表层研究

【摘要】 论文汇集了国内外沥青路面抗滑表层的最新研究成果,深刻剖析了我国现有抗滑表层级配设计的主要问题,在此基础上,通过对沥青路面抗滑机理的系统分析,引入Superpave技术的控制点和禁区概念来控制抗滑表层混合料级配曲线的走向,研究了该技术对路面抗滑能力和耐久性的意义。 在总结国内成功经验的基础上,本文有针对性的对5种试验级配的抗滑性能,以及高温、低温疲劳和水稳性能等进行了对比试验研究,提出了推荐的抗滑表层级配形式。对不同集料的对比试验研究表明,不同磨光特性的粗、细集料搭配,对于保持路面抗滑能力的耐久性具有重要的意义。针对传统的马歇尔设计方法在使用中暴露出的一些局限性,本文从两方面入手:一是对混合料的成型击实次数进行调整;二是采用GTM设计法进行对比研究。研究表明,这两种方法都可以有效的改善抗滑表层混合料的路用性能。

【Abstract】 The latest domestic and foreign achievements on anti-skidding surface of asphalt pavement were collected in this paper, and the major problems on grade design in our country were also thoroughly analyzed. According to systematic analysis on anti-skidding mechanism of asphalt pavement surface, the paper introduced the concept of reference point and forbidden zone of Superpave technology to control grade curve’ s trends and discussed the influence on pavement surface’ s ability of anti-skidding and durability.In the light of domestic successful experience, 5 kinds of typical grades were tested, and their pavement performance, such as high temperature, low temperature, fatigue, anti-skidding properties and water stability , were compared. After systematic comparing and researching, several recommended grades of anti-skidding surface was brought up. Comparing to grades with different kinds of aggregate, this paper made it clear that it is important for the durability of anti-skidding performance to keep a appropriate ratio of coarse and fine aggregate. Aiming at defects of traditional Marshall method in designing during practice, this paper improved this from two ways: first, adjusting the number of hammer during moulding; second, using another designing method for comparing ?GTM , which can reflect the work condition of pavement more practically. Research had proved that the both methods can efficiently improve the performance of the skidding resistant surface.
