面向MC的产品快速设计系统体系结构及部分关键技术研究

【摘要】 大规模定制(Mass Customization, MC)生产模式是20世纪末出现的一种崭新的先进制造模式,实施大规模定制已成为企业竞争的新前沿,得到国内外制造企业的高度重视。当前国内外大量的专家、学者和制造企业正在对此做深入系统地研究和实践。面向MC的产品快速设计系统作为企业实现MC的重要基础和保障,目前正成为制造业领域的研究热点,但现有研究成果还不太完善。因此,本文将在面向MC的产品快速设计的系统结构、实现技术和工程应用等方面作进一步的探索和研究。论文在分析MC模式及其产品设计系统的基础上,提出了一种面向MC的产品快速设计系统(Product Rapid Design System, PRDS)的概念,探讨了其体系结构,包括结构体系和功能体系,并研究了面向客户的个性化定制、面向MC的产品快速建模、面向MC的产品变型设计和面向MC的产品数据管理等分系统的结构体系和功能构成。论文在面向MC的产品快速设计系统概念及体系结构的研究基础上,建立了一种面向MC的产品快速设计系统的总体技术框架,并对该技术框架中的部分核心理论和关键技术进行研究,给出了一种交互式虚拟产品模型建模方法、一种面向MC的产品族模型构造方法以及一种基于实例推理技术和主动服务机制的产品实例快速检索方法。最后,以重庆市制造信息化重大专项项目“重庆华洋产业集团有限公司CIMS应用工程”(编号:6901-04)为应用背景,进行面向MC的产品快速设计系统的应用研究,完成了重庆华洋产业集团有限公司企业信息化应用工程中面向MC的产品快速设计系统分系统的总体规划和系统实施,取得了较好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Mass Customization (MC) is a new advanced manufacturing mode presented at the end of 20th century. And it has become the new competitive frontier in business competition and been paid much attention to by domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises. Nowadays, a number of experts, scholars and manufacturing enterprises are studying and practicing on it deeply and systematically. For realizing MC in enterprises, lots of technologies on the rapid product design for MC must be resolved and it is becoming the focus of study on the manufacturing area. However, the research results at present aren’t adequately mature. So, this paper will study furthermore on the technologies of product rapid design system for MC, including the system structure, key realizing technologies, application and so on. With the research on MC mode and its product design system, this paper presents a new concept about Product Rapid Design System (PRDS) for MC, then researches on the system structure which includes structure system and function system, and researches on the subsystems including Customization Subsystem for individual customers, product rapid modeling subsystem for MC, product transfiguration design subsystem for MC and product data management subsystem for MC. Basing on the concept of PRDS for MC, the article establishes a new framework which includes network environments, key theories, key techniques and application systems. With deeply embedded research, the article also establishes a new method on interactive virtual product modeling, a new method on product family modeling for MC and a new product instance searching method based on the technique of instance reasoning and the active serving mechanism. Finally, on the applicable background of "Chongqing Huayang Cooperation’s CIMS Application Engineering (No. 6901-04)", the paper researches on the application of PRDS for MC and finishes the design and application of the PRDS for MC subsystem successfully.
