粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构的有限元分析

【摘要】 对现有钢筋混凝土结构进行补强与加固越来越受到有关科研和工程技术人员的重视。补强与加固的目的就是提高结构及构件的强度、刚度、延性、稳定性和耐久性,满足安全要求,改善使用功能,延长结构寿命。粘钢加固法的优点是简单、快捷,不影响结构外形,施工时对生产或生活影响较小,在国际上是一种适用面较广的先进加固方法。目前,国内外一些相关单位对混凝土结构加固前、后的可靠性分析等方面做了大量工作,但分析的手段通常为模型试验。虽然模型试验是辅助钢筋混凝土结构理论研究的主要手段,它能够比较真实的反映钢筋混凝土结构或构件的受力情况,但模型试验由于钢筋混凝土结构的特点:模型制作和试验工作量大,试验结果的离散性大,试验费用高,需要较多的人力、物力、设备和场地。随着计算机的飞速发展和有限元理论的日益完善,用有限元方法对粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构进行分析研究,已经成为结构工程领域研究的一个热点,而受到了越来越多研究和设计人员的重视。用传统的解析方法分析粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构问题时只能解决一些非常简单的构件或结构的计算,对于复杂的粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构分析问题,只能用数值分析方法解决。有限元方法作为一个强有力的数值分析工具,在粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构的分析中起到了越来越大的作用。本文利用有限单元法,以现有的有限元分析软件(ANSYS)为操作界面,提出一种建立粘钢加固钢筋混凝土结构的有限元模型的方法,根据此方法建立了粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁和框架的有限元模型,对粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁在静力条件下的应力和应变以及动力条件下的动力特性及响应进行数值仿真分析,并对在静载条件下钢筋混凝土框架粘钢加固前、后的开裂载荷与框架开裂时最大承载能力等进行了计算机仿真研究。

【Abstract】 More and more scientific research and engineering technique persons think it important to repair and to reinforce the right current reinforced concrete structure. The purpose of repair and reinforcement is to improve intensity、hardness、lengthening、stability and enduring of the structures and components,to meet the need of security, to improve function of employment,to prolong the time of structures.The excellence of reinforcement with bonding steel plate is simple、shortcut, and it does not inflect the figuration of the structure, has little influence to production and life during the construction. Reinforcement with bonding steel plate is an advanced method that is widely applied in international area.At present, some correlative units in China and other countries have done large numbers of works at aspect of security analysis to reinforced concrete structure with or without reinforcement, but the means of analysis is always model examination. Although model examination is the main assistant means of theory study to reinforced concrete structures, it can relatively reflect the actual force state of the reinforced concrete structures or components, but due to the characteristics of the reinforced concrete structures, model examination has disadvantages: the workload of model facture and examination is heavy, the result of examination is discrete, expense of examination is expensive, it requires much manpower、many material resources 、many equipments and many fields. Along with the development of computer and the perfection of the finite element theory, applying FEM to study reinforced concrete structure with bonding steel plate which has become a study hotspot in domain of structure engineering, more and more scientific research and engineering technique persons think it important. Applying traditional analytical means to analyze the reinforced concrete structure with bonding steel plate can but resolve account of some very simple structures or components, it only being resolved by numerical analysis means for the complicated reinforced concrete<WP=6>structures with bonding steel plate. As an effective numerical analysis means, FEM has more and more important action in analysis of reinforced concrete structures with bonding steel plate. In this paper, having researched a means to establish finite element model of the reinforced concrete structures with bonding steel plate that using the existing finite element analysis software (ANSYS ) as the operation interface, having established finite element models of the reinforced concrete structures with bonding steel plate by this means, having done numerical analysis of reinforced concrete beam with or without bonding steel plate which is in constant load and in dynamic load, and having researched the reinforced concrete frame with or without bonding steel plate which is in all kinds of constant loads.
