【摘要】 高层住宅及其环境作为一种重要的都市居住形态，已经越来越被人们所关注。居住人口密集和建设用地紧张的矛盾，以及市场的刺激和工程技术的保障，导致了现代高层住宅的兴起与发展。在我国，高层住宅以其特有的优势在大中城市里得到了迅速的发展，同时也带来了许多问题。一方面，它大大缓解了城市用地紧张与居民持续增长的对住房的需求之间的矛盾，节约了城市土地，改善了混乱拥挤的城市面貌；另一方面，由于长期忽视居民的行为心理需求，对高层住宅的居民生活产生了许多不利的影响，如居民生活缺乏安全感，隔离了人与自然的接触，人际交往的淡漠，不利于老人和儿童的心理健康等。随着社会经济的发展和生活水平的提高，人们对高层居住环境质量提出了更高的要求，高层居住环境的形成已不再是单纯意义上的功能划分，而提高到人的心理需求层次上来，由此，满足居住者的行为心理需求，注重人与人之间的交流、人与环境的沟通成为我国高层居住环境进一步发展的必然要求。这就迫使建筑师们去反思和探索如何创造符合人的根本需求的高层居住环境，也是作者选择这个题目进行研究、探讨的出发点所在。 本文在对现有高层住宅的调查分析和对社会学、环境心理学等相关学科的研究了解基础上，对高层住宅居民的行为心理需求问题进行了较为详细的探讨，并重点研究了相应的改进措施和策略。全文主要分为四个部分： 第一部分提出问题。从我国国情出发，首先分析了高层住宅在我国大量兴建的原因和发展的必要性，指出我国当前高层住宅的建设中忽视居民行为心理需求的问题，解释了文章涉及的重点概念，并阐述了论文的研究意义、方法和框架： 第二部分分析问题。首先根据人的基本需求提出了居住环境中的心理标准，随后根据这一标准包含的每个方面的要求，对高层居住环境的特点及其对居民行为心理的影响作出逐一的分析，进而总结出高层居住环境中居民的特殊行为心理需求； 第三部分解决问题。在前两章的基础上，从设计层面探讨针对高层居住环境居民特殊行为心理需求的相应设计策略； 第四部分展望高层住宅适应社会需要、满足时代要求的未来发展趋势，强调人的行为心理需求是居住环境设计的根本立足点。 本课题的研究旨在为创造美好宜人的高层居住环境提供可操作性的设计方法，以期对我国今后的高层居住环境设计提供一些有价值的参考和有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of important living form in cities, high-rise residence and its environment have been paid close attention to by people. The contradiction between crowded population and lacking city land cause the urban residence develops to the high altitude. In our country, the high-rise residence develops rapidly in large cities and brings a lot of problems at the same time. On the one hand, high-rise residence saved the city land and improved the squeeze appearance of the city efficiently, on the other hand, it caused a lot of behavior psychological problems. With the development of social economy and improvement of the living standard, people have put forward higher request for the quality of living environment, so the form of high-rise residence no longer simply belongs to the function division, but also to the level of psychological need of people. It is necessary to meet the user’s needs and to pay attention to the communication between people and environment. The architects have been forced to rethink how to create the high- rise residence with the psychological needs of people.By making investigations of the existing high-rise residence and studying the relative courses such as sociology, psychology and so forth, the thesis approaches the further research on the behavior psychological questions of people in the high-rise residence, and studies corresponding improvement measure of it.In part one, the thesis analyses the inevitability of the development of high-rise residence in Chinese and points out the problem of ignoring the resident’s behavior psychological need in high-rise residence design.In part two, the thesis gives the psychological standard in the living environment according to people’s basic demands, then analyses the characteristic of the high-rise residence and impact on resident’s behavior psychology, summering the special behavior psychological problems of people in high-rise residence.In part three, the thesis mainly discusses the design method to meet special behavior psychological need of people in high-rise residence.Part four gives prospect of high-rise residence with the adaptability of the society and the needs of times, emphasizes that people’s behavior psychological need is the basic foothold of the living environment design.The research of the dissertation aims to offer an exercisable method which will bring pleasant and enjoyable high-rise living environment and do help to the designs of it.更多还原
