弧焊工艺专家系统的开发

【摘要】 焊接工艺专家系统是采用专家系统技术建造的指导焊接工艺人员制定焊接工艺并编制焊接工艺规程文件的计算机软件。依据焊接工艺评定报告(PQR)制定焊接工艺规程(WPS)是焊接结构生产中的必要环节。采用焊接工艺专家系统可以提高焊接工艺人员编制WPS的效率,可以使焊接生产企业节省资金、缩短技术准备周期,可以解脱技术人员的繁重劳动;采用焊接工艺专家系统也可以提高焊接厂家的现代化管理水平和科技实力,增强企业的竞争能力。 焊接工艺专家系统属于设计型的焊接领域应用软件,本弧焊工艺专家系统兼有焊接工艺文件的管理能力和焊接接头静载强度的设计计算能力。本系统以铁路、桥梁、机械、船舶等结构用钢为对象,以工艺参数设计和文件管理、接头静载强度计算校核、焊接标准查询等为主要内容。 本系统可以模拟焊接领域专家指导焊接工艺人员进行弧焊工艺参数的设计,编制WPS文件,并对各个工艺文件进行有效的管理;能够进行焊接接头的静载强度核算;能够进行焊接成本估算;可以查询焊接标准;可以查询常用的碳钢、合金钢、耐热钢、工具钢等的化学成分和力学性能;可以进行焊接材料的查询;能够进行常见焊接缺陷的成因分析;可以进行母材焊接性的一般分析与咨询;允许管理员对系统进行功能扩充。 本系统采用分布式结构的客户机/服务器(Client/Server)的网络模式构建,支持局域网之间的数据通信和传输,可满足焊接企业信息网络化和技术集成化的需要。 本系统运用软件工程的方法,采用增量式的开发模式建造,在程序实现上运用了模块化的编程方法。系统将领域信息数据与控制推理机相分离,以数据库作为专家系统的知识源,这可以使开发者和用户运用数据库管理系统来管理维护专家系统的数据性知识源,并且允许用户对数据库进行修改和扩充,以实现系统功能的扩充。系统的控制推理机设计成多级模式,既便于控制系统的推理也便于系统的编程调试与升级服务。系统的解释模人连钦道学院工学硕十学位论文块提供实时的在线帮助和系统的使用说明,可方便用户操作和使用。

【Abstract】 Welding procedure expert system (WPES) is one kind of software produced with ES technology to instruct technician design WPS (welding process specification) and WPS file. In the process of welding structures manufacture, it is the necessary to make the WPS relying on the PQR. WPES has the feature in reducing cost, shortening the periodicity for preparing technology, reducing labor intensity, improving the manage level, and increasing enterprise ability of competition.WPES is a type of application software for design in the field of welding. The system can manage the WP files and design and compute the strength of welded joint in the steady load. It can be used for analysis of the steel structures of railway, bridge, mechanical, ship etc. The main content of WPES is the design of the parameter of arc welding process; checking the steady strength of structure and providing the query of welding standard and relative knowledge are involved.The system can simulate expert in the welding field to instruct technician designing the process parameters, working out WPS files and manage all the process files effectively. It can check the steady strength of welded joint, estimate the cost of welding, inquiry the welding standard, and inquiry the chemical composition and mechanical properties of common carbon steel, alloy steel, heat-resistant steel, tool steel etc. inquiry welding materials. It also can analysis the formation reason of the common weld defect. The system can provide the weldability of base metals, and allow the manager to extend the function of it.The system is established as a simple Client/Server net model using distribute frame, which support the communication of data between the local area network (LAN). It can satisfy the netting of information and integration oftechnology for the corporation.The system is created with the method of software engineering; incremental development model is also used in it. The method of modularization program is applied in the realization of it. It divides the field information data base and the control inference, taking the data base as the source of ES, and it is convenient for the developer and customer to use the manage system of data base to manage and maintenance the data base knowledge source of ES, and it allow customer to modify and extend the data base to realize the extension of the function of system. The control inference of system is designed into multistage model: it is convenient to control the inference of system and program, debug and stage servicing. The explain module of system provide help and the illustration of system online in time. It is convenient for the customer to use and operation.
