激光加工数据库查询系统的开发

【摘要】 激光自1960年问世以来,其在加工方面的应用潜力一直受到人们的高度重视。激光加工采用高功率密度的激光束进行热加工,它在材料加工中具有许多特殊的优越性,是其它常规加工方法所难以做到的。经过多年的开发研究,激光加工工艺已形成系列,并运用于多个领域,随着激光加工应用的不断发展,各种工艺参数和数据资料越来越多、越来越纷繁复杂,如何有效地管理、利用这些数据资源,使其更好地为实际生产服务,是一个急需解决的问题,建立激光加工数据库查询系统是解决这一问题的有效方法之一。目前,国内外有关激光加工数据库查询系统的报道较少。针对以上情况,本论文初步建立了激光加工数据库查询系统。该系统设计采用分布式客户机/服务器模式即Client/Server网络模式构建,满足了现代企业网络化和集成化的需要。 系统主要包括原理库模块、工业应用库模块、数据库维护模块、经济评估模块几部分。系统的核心部分是工业应用库模块,该模块能为实际生产提供指导性工艺参数。系统能够实现对部分激光加工方法,如激光焊接、激光切割、激光表面改性等所涉及到的加工原理、所需激光设备和一定范围内的具体材料激光加工主要工艺参数等进行查询输出,也能够通过经济评估模块来定性的判断激光加工方法是否符合实际生产需要和经济性要求。系统提供的数据库维护功能,用户可以简便地对数据库记录进行添加、删除、修改等操作,使该数据库具有较强的更新和升级能力,为进一步的研究和开发(如激光加工专家系统的建立等)作技术和数掘上的储备。此外,系统还可提供界面友好的帮助模块,使用户可以快速地熟悉该系统的运行原理。
【Abstract】 Since laser was invented in the 1960s, its applied potential in the machining aspect got much recognition. Laser machining adopts high-po\ver-density laser beam to perform heat machining. It has many special advantages in material machining, which is hard to realize for traditional machining techniques. After many years’ research, laser-machining processing series have come into being, and have applied in many fields. With the continuous development of laser-machining application, all kinds of process performance parameters and data have been largely accumulated. How to effectively utilize these data to supply references to manufacture is a pressing problem to solve. To set up datasbase query system of laser machining is one of the effective solutions. At present the reports about database query system of laser machining are comparatively scarce either domestically or abroad . This thesis initially designs the database query system of laser machining to meet these requirements. The system establishes as a simple Client/Server net model, it can meet the requirements of modern corporation’s network and integration.The system primarily includes principles bank module , industry application bank module ,database maintenance module and economy evaluate module . The core of system is industry application module which can provide directional process parameters. The query system can realize the query and output of the basic process theory, the information about laser equipment and important process parameters of laser welding , laser cutting and laser surface treatment. It also can estimate whether the adoption of laser-machining technology can suit to practical production and economic request. This system provides database maintenance function, and users can briefly append, delete, modify the data of the database so as to make it gradually perfected. The storage of the technology and data will be helpful for further research, such as laser-machining expert system’s foundation, etc. The help module can make users master the principle in a short time.
