基于粗集理论的模糊规则自动生成方法研究

【摘要】 20多年来,模糊控制得到了长足的发展,但是,模糊控制规则的获取一直是困扰模糊控制发展的主要问题之一。在模糊控制系统中,模糊规则库的构建是至关重要的。然而从大量文献中可以看出:模糊规则的数量基本上是人为决定的。尽管用各种方法进行优化计算,人工设定模糊规则还是很困难的,甚至是不可能的。因此研究模糊规则的自动生成有着重要的理论和应用价值。 本文以粗集理论为基础,提出了一种从测量数据中自动提取模糊规则的方法。该方法首先利用样条插值思想对所采集的模糊系统样本数据进行空缺值的填充,然后运用基于K—均值的聚类方法对插值后的输入—输出样本数据进行聚类;最后根据样本空间聚类在各维上的投影,对数据进行离散化处理,为模糊系统各变量的模糊子集定义提供客观依据,为下一步模糊规则的自动确定,模糊隶属度函数自适应调整等策略,打下基础。论文的第一部分对上述内容进行了详细讨论。 在论文的第二部分,首先简要介绍了粗集的基本概念,之后运用粗集理论的概念、思想,给出了占有率(occupancy)的定义,为模糊规则的化简和生成一致性模糊模型提供理论依据。并用以上的思想方法进行了模糊规则的提取。 在本文的第三部分,依据用以上方法所提取的模糊规则库为基础,生成模糊控制器,并应用于单闭环直流调速系统的控制实验中,实验结果表明,通过这种从测量数据中自动提取模糊规则的方法所建立的模糊控制器能够满足控制要求且鲁棒性强。

【Abstract】 During twenty years, fuzzy control obtains quiet great developments. But acquisition of fuzzy control rules is one of primary problems, which puzzles fuzzy control progress all the while.It is important to structure the fuzzy rules store in the fuzzy control system.However, from a lot of literatures we can see: basically , person decides the numbers of fuzzy rules. Although there are many kinds of methods to optimize compute, it is difficult to artificially set fuzzy rules, even impossible.Therefore, researching automatic generation of fuzzy rules has important values in the theory and application.Based on Rough Sets Theory, this thesis puts forward an approach to automaticly generate fuzzy rules from metrical data. Firstly, fill in vacant values of sample data in the collected fuzzy system, applied the idea of the spline insertion.Then classify the input-output sample data , which have been inserted used K- average value clustering method.Finally, disperse the data based on the projections of sample space clustering on every dimension, offer the object foundaction for the fuzzy subclass deceptions of each variable in fuzzy system, make a good base for the futher automatic establishment of fuzzy rules and the automatic adjustion of fuzzy membership function.There is a detail in the first part of the thesis.In the second part of the thesis, firstly introduce the basic conceptions of the Rough Sets Theory , then a function named occupancy is defined based on Rough Sets Theory and distill the fuzzy rules the above used ideas and methods.In the third part of the thesis, fuzzy controller is generated based on the above fuzzy rules store and is applied to the control experiments of a single closed loop direct current timing system.The result of the experiments indicates that fuzzy controller which is set by the way of automatic collecting fuzzy rules from metrical data can meet control requirements and it is robust.
