基于构件复用技术的CAN现场总线控制系统研究及应用

【摘要】 本文讨论并研究了基于软件复用技术的SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统,以该系统为基础开发了一套用于高效催化剂生产的CAN现场总线工控软件。该软件功能强大,性能稳定,已用于实际生产,获得满意的控制效果。 软件复用技术在工业控制软件领域应用的研究是新兴的方向。以往的经验证明,一套工控软件的开发往往要从初始的程序设计为基础。然而当今工业发展及经济实力竞争要求控制软件开发快速高效,功能强大,因此,大型工控软件的开发模式必须改变。本文探讨了这种形势下开发工控软件的新方法,提出采用软件复用技术来避免不必要的重复工作以提高效率。结合复用技术开发了SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统,这是可以实现功能模块“即插即用”的工控软件开发平台。使用SHCAN2000现场总线系统开发工控软件,只需要根据现场控制要求,使用功能模块进行适当“搭建”,形成所要求的控制功能,即可完成整个工控软件控制内核的设计工作。这些可复用的功能模块形成模块库,以供程序调用。也可以根据需要单独开发新的模块来扩充及增强模块库。 以SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统为开发平台,论文进而给出了用于高效催化剂生产的CAN现场总线工控软件设计实例,通过这一设计过程,可以进一步挖掘SHCAN2000现场总线控制系统潜力,同时改进、升级该系统。在设计高效催化剂生产工控软件的过程中,提出了工业控制过程的新思路、新方法:新型“OP过零监视”PID分程调节技术、间歇生产过程的逻辑控制方法以及大型工控软件联网监控技术,这些技术经过生产实践检验证实方法先进,实用。

【Abstract】 SHCAN2000 field-bus control system based on software reuse is discussed and studied in this paper, and farther more a set of control software for L LDPE-CAT production .according to SHCAN2000 system is also presented as an application sample, which is pratically working excellently and efficiently in a chamical plant now.Software reuse in industrial control system is a newly born research focus.Past experiences have shown that the industrial control software has to be developed in a very original and boring pattern, in which everything had to be started from programming activities.Now this anguishing procedure must be subdued according to industrial developement and economic struggle, which demand efficiency and capability.Aiming at efficient software developing way , this paper suggests software reuse to avoid duplicated and unnecessary work.Module "plug&play" , SHCAN2000 system combined reuse technology is presented as an ideal developing base for industrial control system.In SHCAN2000, after control analysing, the function modules can be properly assembled to form the core of the control system instead of programming.Those function modules form module storehouse, Which can be enriched by produceing new modules.A sample is given to illuminate design procedure, and to enhance SHCAN2000 system.New control methods are also suggested here. First, a new PID pressure step control method so-called "Zero OP Oversighf’which is highly accurate and low cost;Second, logical control method for producing procedure;Third, large control network for monitoring and management.All the methods have been tested to be pratically useful, stable and efficient.
