【摘要】 21世纪，人类面临着实现发展与环境、资源的重大挑战，可持续发展已成为人类的理性追求与必然选择，而能源的利用是实施可持续发展战略的最重要的问题之一。 山西是我国重要的能源生产基地，长期以来，山西以优质低价的能源，为缓解全国长期以来的能源供需紧张格局，保障全国经济发展做出了重要的历史性贡献。然而，山西煤炭资源大规模、高强度的开采，各类高能耗工业的迅速发展，使全省环境状况急剧恶化，空气污染十分严重，对山西全省经济社会的可持续发展构成了极大的威胁。因此，如何看待和分析未来山西能源的发展是十分重要的。 本文首先阐述了国内外清洁能源的开发利用，再通过大量的数据，对山西煤炭利用和空气污染的现状调查，得出山西的环境问题主要是由于大量的以燃煤为主的中、低污染源的工业结构造成，并给山西造成了巨大的经济损失。最后根据山西能源生产和利用的实际情况，对山西的清洁能源的利用潜力进行了研究，提出要充分利用山西的剩余焦炉煤气和煤层气，同时大力发展水力、太阳能、生物能等清洁能源，从根本上改变山西的空气污染，使山西的经济得以可持续的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 21st century, the human being is facing with the challenges of realizing environment, resources and development. The sustainable development became the rational pursue and necessary choice of the human being, and one of the most important problems of implementing the sustainable development is the utilization of energy.Shanxi Province is an important base of energy in China. For a long time, for easing of tension in supplying and needing of energy and ensuring national economic development, Shanxi Province has done important historical contribution -s with energy of high quality and low price. However, Shanxi Province has exploited the coal resource on a large scale and high strength, and rapidly, developed all kinds of industries of high consuming energy, resulting in the sharp deterioration of environment and the serious air pollution. It is a large threat to the sustainable development of economy and society in Shanxi Province. Therefore, it is very important how to look and analyze the development of energy in the future in Shanxi Province.First, the article sets forth the utilization of clean energy in our country and foreign country in the first.Second, through investigation utilization of coal and the status of air pollution with large data in Shanxi Province, we think it is the main reason on environmental pollution that the structure of industry in Shanxi Province is the middle and low pollution sources of industry mainly by burning coal, and it brings huge economic loss to Shanxi. Finally, on the status of the production and utilization of Shanxi Province, researching the utilization of potential cleaner energy, we suggest that we should make the best of remained gas in the coke stove and the gas of coal bed in Shanxi Province, and develop the cleaner energy such as waterpower, solar energy and the biological energy ,thus we can change radically ah* pollution, and keep economical sustainable development in Shanxi Province.更多还原
