【摘要】 中国经济在改革、开放这二十几年的时间里得到了飞速发展，创造了举世瞩目的经济奇迹。中国也成为了世界上最重要的资本流入国，外商直接投资对中国经济的促进作用是有目共睹的。在很长的一段时间内，我国政府、企业以及学者对于跨国资本流动的研究更多的着眼于如何吸引和利用国外的资金与技术，以及由此引发的对中国经济的影响等问题。而与之相对应的中国企业对外投资问题却鲜有被研究与讨论。然而，随着中国经济这二十年的发展以及加入WTO目标的实现，给我国企业走向世界带来了前所未有的机遇，同时，发展对外直接投资更是我国积极应对国际竞争的重要举措。系统研究中国企业对外直接投资问题将具有极其重要的现实意义。 本文通过对各种对外直接投资理论的总结性回顾，试图为我国企业实施对外直接投资的战略决策建立坚实的理论基础。并本着理论与实际相结合的原则，对中国企业对外投资问题进行了系统研究与分析，认为现阶段中国企业已经具备对外直接投资的必要性和可行性。并据此结合中国企业对外直接投资的现状与特点，从宏观和微观两个层面提出了中国企业发展对外直接投资的对策措施。 本文由五章构成，这五章又可以划分为三个部分： 第一部分——理论篇，主要包括第一章。在这一部分中，作者对各种对外直接投资理论进行了总结性回顾，为我国企业实施对外直接投资战略构造理论基础。在一般的资本宏观流动理论上，合并了企业扩张的微观理论。 第二部分——现实篇，主要包括第二、三、四章。在第二章中，作者回答了为何要促进中国企业对外直接投资发展的问题以及中国企业进行对外直接投资的微观动因是什么。第三章作者通过对中国企业对外直接投资的优、劣势分析回答了中国企业对外直接投资的可行性问题。第四章则主要分析了中国企业目前对外直接投资的现状及特点。 第三部分—对策篇，主要包括第五章。从宏观和微观两个层面提出了促进中国企业对外直接投资发展的对策措施。 本文对中国企业对外直接投资问题的研究以中国企业为落脚点，在分析中着重研究了企业进行对外直接投资的动因，并以企业管理为脉络，为企业提供了具有实际参考价值的战略方案。同时，考虑到一国企业的对外直接投资对该国的宏观经济影响重大，同时，企业的对外直接投资行为受该国政府宏观经济政策的显著影响，因此在分析时重点考虑了宏观经济环境因素，为中国企业的对外直接投资构建了一个宏、微观互动的整体性分析体系。这将是本文一大特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 The economy of China has made great progress during over twenty years under the reform and open policy. Also has it made noticeable economic miracle. As a result, China has become the most important capital-inflow nation in the world. No doubt the foreign direct investment has led to the development of Chinese economy for a long time, as far as the transnational capital flow was concerned, our government, enterprise and the scholar had paid more attention on the subject of how to attract and make use of foreign capital technology and the resultant influence on the economic of China. Whereas, as the counter part, the problem of Chinese enterprise’s foreign investment was lack of research and discuss however, with the twenty-year-development and the realization of the goal of entering WTO, Chinese enterprise has never-met chances. And what’ s more, developing the foreign direct investment plays a more important role when being confront with the international competition. So, the systematic research on Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment is of great importance in reality.This paper, is trying to, by the means of general review of all kinds of the theory of foreign direct investment, offer the theoretical basis for our enterprise making the strategic decision of the foreign direct investment. Following the rule of connecting the theory to the practice, we made systematic research and analysis on Chinese enterprise’s foreign investment, and thought Chinese enterprise had the necessity and the feasibility of foreign direct investing. After combining it with the situation and the character of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment, weput forward the policy, both macro and micro, suggesting the method for Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment.This paper is composed of 5 chapters. The 5 chapters can be divided 3 parts.The first part is about theory, contains the first chapter mainly. In this part, the author retrospect conclusively all kinds of foreign direct investment theory, which constructs theoretic basis for foreign direct investment of our enterprise, basing on the general capital’ s macro flow.The second part is about reality, contains the second, third and the forth chapter. In the second chapter, the author answers the question of for what reason we promote Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment and the micro cause of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment. In the third chapter, by the analysis about the strength and weakness of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment, the author discusses the feasibility of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment. In the forth chapter, the author analyses the present situation and feature mainly.The third part is about dealing strategies, contains the fifth chapter, which put forward the dealing strategies and measures about promoting the development of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment on the macro-micro aspect.This paper, on the research of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment, lays the basis on the Chinese enterprise, and in analysis emphasize on researching the cause of enterprise’ s foreign direct investment. And what’ s more, following the rule of the enterprise’ s management, the paper offers the strategic scheme of great value for reference. Meanwhile, regarding of the great influence of enterprise’ s foreign direct investment to the nation’s macro economy, and the control of the government to enterprise’ s foreign direct investment, we combined our analysis with the affect of the macro economic situation, through which we constitute a macro-micro analytical system of Chinese enterprise’ s foreign direct investment.
