基于Web的液压系统远程设计的研究与开发

【摘要】 本文基于Web的液压系统远程设计是以互联网为载体,以远程专家系统为实现手段,以客户端用户向Internet Server提交的各种设计要求和参数为依据,实现液压系统的远程设计,属于远程设计技术,主要以液压系统设计技术为基础,借助专家系统强大的分析和推理功能及互联网的便利特性来实现液压系统的远程设计。鉴于计算机技术的不断成熟以及互联网技术的广泛应用,基于Web的液压系统远程设计将缩短系统的设计周期,一方面可以把液压技术专家和液压系统专业设计人员从复杂乏味的设计工作中解脱出来,在一定程度上节约了社会人力资源,另一方面也体现了对液压系统设计快速性、实用性的时代要求,顺应了产品智能化设计的科技发展潮流。 本文的主要研究成果如下: (1)根据液压系统设计的原理、规范和特性要求,提出了基于Web的液压系统远程设计的方案及其实现办法; (2)研究实现了用于液压系统远程设计的基于Web的三层系统体系结构,并着重研究了其中间层的实现; (3)提出了基于COM/COM+组件结构的液压系统远程设计的系统软件构架,大大提高了系统的软件效率及系统的网络安全性,增强了系统软件的可扩展性; (4)提出了一种应用于液压系统远程设计的专家系统,完善了液压系统设计过程中的专家经验参与问题和设计结果多元化问题的解决方案。 (5)创建了应用于液压系统远程设计的ASP动态页面网站,并提出了一种高效、完整的液压系统设计过程的人机页面交互机制; (6)采用自动化对象的引用和控制技术,实现了VB 6.0对AutoCAD 2000自动化对象的引用和控制及其操作编程; (7)提出了一种基于机器人无碰轨迹规划原理的液压系统原理图连线方案; (8)以基于NT构架的WindowS 2000 Server操作系统为开发平台,以面向对象的可视化编程语言Delphi 6.0为主要开发工具,实现了基于web的液压系统远程设计的系统软件设计和代码编制。
【Abstract】 According to the design conditions and parameters which client submits to Internet server, based on Internet, this system finishes the remote design of hydraulic system by the analysis and deducing method of Expert System. This technology belongs to the technical category about remote design of products. The paper takes good advantage of the strong analysis & deducing function of Expert System, developed computer technology and advantage application of Internet, so this design-system can liberate designer from the dull, heavy and traditional artificial-design work, and cut short the design period, as well as, can meet the development of products artificial design.The main achievements of this paper are listed as follows: 1. According to the design principle and standard of hydraulic system and the technical requirements of design-system, the design-system’s overall design plan is put forward;2. Advancing the three-tiers system architecture of design-system based on Web, and putting emphasis on the research of middle-tier of the three-tiers system architecture;3. Putting forward the system software architecture of design-system, which is based on COM/DCOM configuration. This software architecture improves software efficiency and net-safe of design-system, and strengthen the expansibility of systemsoftware;4. Putting forward an Expert System applying to design-system, perfecting the resolving of expert experiment and multi-results during hydraulic system design;5. Building the ASP dynamic pages net-site of design-system, and putting forward an interactive mechanism of hydraulic system design process;6. Adopting the reference and control technology of automation object, and realizing the reference, control and operation programming to AutoCAD 2000 in the IDE of Visual Basic 6.0;7. Putting forward a connecting lining plan to hydraulic system principle drawing, and this plan is based on the principle of robot’s track layout without colliding;8. Realizing the system software design and programming with the platform of Windows 2000 Server based on NT architecture and the object oriented development tool of Delphi 6.0;
