【摘要】 随着人类步入知识经济时代，服务业在一国的经济体中占据着越来越重要的地位。同时，企业集群在区域经济发展过程中的重要作用引起了经济地理学、管理学等领域学者及政府的关注。对企业集群的研究，现有的文献倾向于对制造企业集群的探讨，而很少有对服务企业集群的研究。基于服务企业集群对我国区域经济发展和服务产业结构升级的巨大推动作用，本文对其创新的一般规律进行探讨，试图为其创新的实践和政策指导提供一些理论依据。 本文是在前人关于企业集群的研究基础上进行服务企业集群创新的理论研究的。本文首先阐述了服务企业集群的概念、形成及类型，并分析了服务和服务创新的特点。本文认为服务企业集群是同一行业中的服务企业在空间上的聚集，由核心企业、相关机构、人文环境和基础设施构成。从成本、供求及其发展三个角度阐述了服务企业集群的形成，并根据集群内企业之间的关系把服务企业集群分为三类：竞争型、互补型和附属型。 在服务创新中，往往不易区分产品创新和过程创新；服务生产与消费同时进行的特点使得消费者的信息反馈更多、更有效；服务活动更体现智力化的特点使得人力资源在服务创新过程中扮演了一个重要的角色；与制造部门相比，服务企业的组织结构更趋扁平化，这种特征更有利于其创新；同时，服务部门的创新往往伴随着不同服务行业的相互渗透。 影响服务企业集群创新的外部因素主要包括地理位置、政府角色、区域创新系统和消费者，内部因素则有社会关系网络、知识溢出、信任与协作关系、非正式交流及创新投入等。创新环境、竞争效应、市场拉动、创新收益及创新积累则是服务企业集群创新的强劲驱动力。 企业集群的创新是集群内企业创新的综合表现，因此，服务企业集群创新归根到底是集群内服务企业的创新。集群内企业的创新模式主要有三种:自主创新、与集群内企业合作创新及与集群外大学或研究机构的合作创新。根据服务企业集群对外部资源的利用程度，本文把服务企业集群创新分为两类，即封闭型和开放型。封闭型是指集群仅利用内部资源所进行的创新模式，升放型则意味着利用了外部的资源。对服务企业集群来说，不同的集群类型，处于不同的发展阶段，会采取不同的创新模式，一般来说，互补型集群通常选择封闭式创新，竞争型和附属型则选择开放式创新;处于成长期和衰退期的集群更多地选择开放式创新，而处于成熟期的集群则会选择封闭式创新模式。 最后，本文讨论了服务企业集群创新对区域经济和产业升级的作用。在结论部分，阐明了本文的创新点及存在的不足之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 With human entering into knowledge economy epoch, SECs(service enterprise clusters) play a very important role in the process of the development of the economy. Because of SECs’ extraordinary effect on regional both the development of economy and upgrade of industrial structure, more and more scholars who working in college and government pay attention to them.This paper is mainly on theoretic study of SECs’ innovation that based on the former study on enterprise clusters. Firstly, this article describes the concept, styles and characters of SECs, and expatiates on how it comes into being. Secondly, it analyses the inner and outer factors that effect on SECs’ innovation, then introduces the impetuses of SECs’ innovation. Then, after analyzing the modes of enterprise innovation this paper expatiates on two patterns of SECs’ innovation. At last, it is emphasized that SECs’ innovation effects on regional economy through two aspects. The sector of conclusion summarizes the main points of view and innovative issue of the article. Further more, some issues on SECs’ innovation, not included in the paper, are brought forward in this sector.According to the degree of cooperating with outer resource, this article considers that the modes of SECs innovation can be categorized two types, including exoteric and close. It is important to choose appropriate innovative mode to different SEC. Generally, SECs should pick out adapted mode when they are in different phases of development.更多还原
