我国建立金融控股公司若干基本问题研究

【摘要】 目前关于金融控股公司的各方面讨论日趋热烈。在国际金融混业经营浪潮冲击下，随着资本市场的发展与逐步成熟，国内经济金融界关于实行混业经营的呼声日益高涨，金融混业经营是我国金融业未来发展的趋势所在。我国已于去年加入WTO，已经面临国际金融业日趋激烈的竞争，因此研究有关金融控股公司的有关问题就显得尤为重要了，其目的是为在我国构建和健全金融控股公司提供必要的理论依据。本论文分为六个部分。导言部分阐述了本文选题的提出和进行这一研究的意义，国内外开展这一研究的动态，论文研究的主要方法，结构安排与分析框架；第一部分阐明了金融控股公司的定义，并试图从经济学角度去剖析金融控股公司的产生与发展；第二部分研究我国成立金融控股公司的可行性，以及说明目前我国金融控股公司的发展现状；第三部分阐述了金融控股公司存在的主要风险，并运用公司治理结构和委托代理理论，结合国际比较，研究怎样防范和控制这些风险；第四部分结合国外对金融控股公司监管的经验教训，研究我国应如何对金融控股公司进行监管；第五部分通过分析中信集团这个案例，来研究如何构建中国的金融控股公司。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now the discussion is more and more heated about each aspect of financial holding company. The financial universal system is the developing tendency of the financial system of China. China entered WTO last year and face more violent international financial competition, so it’s more important to study some questions about financial holding company, in order to offer some necessary theoretical analyses for the establishment of financial holding company in China. This paper can be divided into six parts. The first part explains how to present the theme of the paper and the significance of the study, the situation of the study home and abroad, the studying way, the structure arrangement and the analyzing framework of the paper. The second part explains the definition of financial holding company and tries to analyze the emergence and development of financial holding company from economics. The third part study the possibility of establishing financial holding company in China and the present circumstance of the financial holding company in China. The fourth part points out some risks of financial holding companies, and use the theory of corporate governance and principal-agency to study how to prevent and control them. The fifth part combines the regulation experience of the financial holding companies abroad to study the regulations of financial holding companies of China. The last part proposes one case to study the financial holding companies of China.更多还原
