【摘要】 中小企业发展是一个世界性的课题，也是当今中国的一个热门话题。资金不足是困扰在大多数中小企业面前的问题，也是需要政府高度重视并加以解决的问题。随着社会主义市场经济的推进，中小企业融资方面仍然存在不少问题。本文对此进行了较全面的研究。 本文分四部分。第一部分：中小企业的概述；第二部分：我国中小企业融资难分析；第三部分：国外的经验；第四部分：解决中小企业融资难的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of small and medium firms is a worldwide task. It is also a hot topic of nowadays China. Insufficient of development funds is the main problem to most small and medium firms, which also grasp the government’s intention and needed to be taken some measurements. As the progress of the socialist market economy, there are still some problems remaining in getting loan for small and medium firms. Thus, this essay intend to study the problem and find some way to solve it.The essay includes four parts. (1) Brief introduction of small and medium firms; (2)analysis on the loan problem of small and medium firms; (3)the experiences of foreign countries; (4) the measure to solve the loan problem of small and medium firms.更多还原
