快速成型工艺用光固化功能性材料的研究

【摘要】 目前光固化快速成型工艺所用的材料缺乏合适的性能,使得该工艺无法直接成型具有功能性(如导电性、导磁性等)的零件,加工出的零件一般只能作为模型,这严重阻碍了该种先进技术的推广与应用。在此背景下,本文主要的研究工作是开发导电性且性能优良的光固化快速成型用的功能性复合材料。 从理论上深入探讨了开发导电性光固化复合材料应注意的问题,指出了填料的性能与添加量对复合材料性能的影响;提出了开发导电性复合材料的涂层工艺及一些简易的实验方法;利用不同的填料、不同的工艺方式开发出不同的导电性光固化复合材料,并对其多种性能进行了实验测定或估测;根据理论分析,研究了材料性能与零件变形的关系,配制出纤维—树脂复合材料。
【Abstract】 Due to the unsuitable performance of the material used presently in Rapid Prototyping based on Stereolithography (SL) process, the technology can not make the practical parts which are good in performances(such as electrical-conducting, magnet-conducting) and only used to models. These shortcomings block the generalization and application of this new technology seriously. Under this background, this paper mainly focus on studying and making a new kind of composite material, which can be used in Rapid Prototyping based on Stereolithography (SL) process.The paper discusses the specific problems about the conductive Light-Solidification composite material (CLSCM) deeply in theory; presents the coat process of manufacturing CLSCM and some simple experiment methods creatively. We use several different fillings and different technics to make different CLSCM, and test some performances. In addition, we confect a kind of fiber- resin composite, and research the relationship between the performance of the material and the distortion of parts.
