双轴数字交流伺服系统的研制

【摘要】 本文是针对双轴数字交流伺服系统的研制而展开的。文中介绍了该交流数字伺服系统的总体设计方案。为提高系统的可靠性,降低功耗和减小体积,成功地设计了基于单片微处理器MSP430的计算机控制系统,实现了系统控制和网络通讯功能。论文中还详细介绍了本伺服系统控制软件的设计。最后,从实际系统出发,对智能PID控制算法进行剖析、仿真研究和系统调试,仿真和调试结果表明智能PID控制算法能够取得比较满意的性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a dual-axis digital AC servo-system is studied. The overall design of this system was introduced. In order to improve the system reliability and save power and size, a computer control system basing on single chip microprocessor MSP430 is developed to realize the system control and communication. Also the application software is realized and put into use. Furthermore, for the actual system, the intelligent PID was analyzed, simulated and debugged, and the results of experiments show that the good performance can be achieved when intelligent PID is applied.
