制浆造纸计算机集成过程系统的研究和实现

【摘要】 流程工业是连续型和半连续型生产过程的企业。针对流程工业的计算机集成过程系统(CIPS)是一个复杂的综合自动化系统。CIPS工程特征的关键问题是过程监控和信息集成。它面向系统功能的结构由经营管理、过程自动化、安全经济运行、计算机网络和数据库支撑环境共四个分系统构成。本课题主要对其两个支撑环境;计算机网络和数据库进行集成和开发应用。 云景公司采用连续式化学法生产漂白木纤维纸浆板,它属于典型的流程企业。“业务管理信息孤岛”和“自动化信息孤岛”是流程工业普遍存在的现象。业务管理的不规范和化工流程生产控制系统的复杂性决定了采用综合自动化系统来实现企业信息的集成与应用,以便解决这些现象,提高企业整体效益和竞争力。制浆造纸生产流程的特点和实际,以及CIPS研究的内容决定了它应用于制浆造纸工业中是可行的。 网络信息系统集成是运用先进的计算机与通信技术,将支持各个信息孤岛的小运行环境集成在一个大运行环境之中。它包括技术环境、数据环境、应用程序的集成。网络集成是制浆造纸CIPS的技术基础和运行平台,它的内容包括以太网的结构、传输、交换、服务器、操作系统等子系统。数据集成是运用一定的技术手段将系统中的数据按一定的规则组织成为一个整体,使得用户能有效地对数据进行操作。它处理的主要对象是系统中各种异构数据源(库)中的数据。工控软件无缝集成了实时数据库、多种与第三个程序通信的接口,这些特点使它成为很好的数据集成平台。 一般的工控软件包括图形界面系统、第三方程序接口组件、控制功能组件、实时数据库系统等组件。它最突出的特点是实时多任务,而实时数据库是其核心和引擎。工控软件中的SQL访问功能实现和其他ODBC数据库之时的数据传输。作为一种统一的数据库访问接口,ADO将成为今后的Windows下数据库访问的标准。通过这几种方式,工控软件既可以是数据的供给者,也可以是数据的使用者,实现工业现场数据与其他MIS系统的双向交流和综合应用。 在以上技术平台上开发的制浆造纸生产调度管理系统实现了包括实时监控模块在内的七个主要功能模块,且投入运行后满足生产的要求。本系统也采用了诸如脚本语言、OPC等技术来完善和提高系统的功能扩展性、开放性、安全性。

【Abstract】 Flow industry is an enterprise of continuous and semi- continuous process of manufacture. Computer integration process system (CIPS) for flow industry is a complicated system of integrate automation. The key problem of CIPS project feature is process supervision and information integration. The framework oriented system function consists of four independent systems: prosecution management, process automation, safe economic running, computer network and database. This paper mainly discusses integration and application of two supportive environments: computer network and database.Yun-Jing corporation adopts continuous way of chemistry to produce bleach pulp & paper plank of timber fibrin, it is a typical flow enterprise. Information islands about the management of operation and the automation are common phenomena existing in flow enterprise. The unstandardized managements of operation and the complexity of chemical flow manufacture control system decide that realizing integration and application of enterprise information should adopt integrated automation system , so that it can resolve these phenomena, enhance the whole benefit and competition. The characteristic and the fact of producing flow in the pulp & paper and the content of CIPS decide it is feasible that CIPS could be applied in this area.The integration of network information system exerts advanced computer and communication technology to integrate small running environment of each information island into a great one. It includes the integration of technology environment, data environment and applied program. The integration of network is the base of technology and the running desk. Its contents include structure, transmission, switcher, server, operating system and so on of ethernet. The integration of data exerts some technologies to organize different data into a whole according to rules in order that the user can operate these data effectively. The main processing objects are data of different data sources in system. Theindustrial control software integrates seamlessly real-time database and many interfaces of communication with the third party programs. These traits become it into an excellent platform of data integration.The general industrial control software includes graphic interface system, the third party program module, control function module and real-time database system module etc. Its main feature is real-time multitask, and the real-time database is its kernel and engine. SQL in industrial control software realizes accessing function and data transmission with other ODBC database. As a uniform accessing interface of database, ADO will become an accessing standard of database for windows in future. By these ways, the industrial control software may be data provider, as well as data user, consequently realize bidirectional communication and general application between industrial field data and other MIS.The production scheduling and managing system of pulp 6 paper on the basis of the mentioned technology platform realizes seven main functional modules including real supervising module, and satisfies the demand of production after running. The system adopts the technology such as script language, OPC etc to perfect and improve the functional expansibility, openness, security of system.
