家庭治疗在中国临床心理咨询与治疗中的应用探索

【摘要】 上世纪七十年代以前，心理咨询和治疗领域内居于主导地位的三大学派分别为心理动力学派，行为主义学派以及人本主义学派。之后，家庭治疗迅速崛起，成为于之并驾齐驱的第四大学派。家庭治疗最大的贡献在于提供了一个了解当事人行为的新构架，它超越了过去只关注个人内在的心理冲突、人格特征、行为模式的局限，把人及其症状放在整个家庭的运作中去了解并治疗。这是从个人到系统、从直线性到循环性的思维方式和视角上的转变。1992年，美国对心理咨询与治疗从业人员的调查发现，许多专业人员逐渐采用家庭治疗，所占比例为总调查人次的10％，仪次于整合主义学派取向(30％)。并预测未来这一流派将有更大的发展。 上世纪八十年代末，家庭治疗在中国开始起步。国内的心理咨询与治疗的从业人员对其的了解程度和应用率远不及其它一些治疗流派。本论文旨在为家庭治疗在中国的发展尽一份棉薄之力，介绍家庭治疗的理论并探究其在中国文化中的适用性。最终的目的还是为了促进中国心理咨询与治疗事业的发展，造福国人。 本研究采用文献综述法、问卷调查法和个案研究法。 第一部分是理论综述篇。通过家庭治疗的理论基础、起源发展和各流派的不同特色探究家庭治疗的真面目。 第二部分阐述了家庭治疗在中国的发展现状的以及家庭治疗的理论同中国文化思想的关系。 第三部分是问卷调查。该研究假设是：有情绪问题和行为问题的青少年分别比没有问题的青少年更多被卷入家庭三角关系中。笔者编制一份“三角关系”问卷，证实该问卷具有良好的信效度。将该问卷施测于控制组、情绪问题组和行为问题组，然后进行统计分析，最终的结果证实了本研究的假设。 第四部分是个案研究篇。通过一例典型的真实个案的详细分析，展现家庭治疗的具体技术、治疗过程和作用，阐明其独特的临床应用价值。 第五部分对本研究进行了总结和展望，并进一步提出家庭治疗在中国发展的方向和前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Before 1970’s, there consisted three primarily distinct schools in the field of psychotherapy and counseling, which were psychoanalysis, behaviorism and humanism. Then family therapy rose out and became the fourth force, which was as influential as the above-mentioned ones. Family therapy renders a new frame which focus on the critical role of the interaction in family system in understanding and treating people’s symptoms or problems rather than individual’s inner conflict or personality. It is a significant change of thinking style, which is from individual to systemic, from linear to circular. In America, more and more counselors and therapists use family therapy approach.In the late 1980’s, family therapy began to develop in China. But until now the popularity is still low. The purpose of this research is to introduce the family system theory to Chinese psychological society and test the suitableness of it in Chinese culture.The first part of this thesis summarizes the history and theory of family therapy. The second part demonstrates that youth with emotional problems and behavioral problems have more tendencies to involve in family triangle system than those without such kind of problems. And the third part illustrates the process, technique and clinical application value of family therapy through a typical Chinese family therapy case. The forth part discusses the present condition of family therapy in china, the relationship between system theory and Chinese traditional culture. The last part puts forward the future direction of this research and the prospect of development of family therapy in China.更多还原
