基于神经网络的工时定额技术研究

【摘要】 随着CIMS、CE、AM、PDM、BPR等先进制造系统及技术的发展和应用,使信息技术在制造业中的应用得到更高层次的推动,制造信息化、集成化、智能化的要求越来越重要。 工时定额管理的信息化是制造信息化的重要组成部分,它是企业实现设计(CAD/CAPP)、制造(CAM)和管理信息(MIS/ERP)信息集成的重要环节之一,也是企业进行生产组织、计划、核算和成本控制的重要依据。 本文结合计算机辅助模、夹具工时定额系统(Computer-aided Mould and JigMan-hour Quota System,CFMH)的研制与开发,研究了基于人工神经网络模型的工时定额计算方法;并开发了相应的神经网络模型定额计算子系统模块。为工时定额制定的信息化、集成化,促进企业信息化打下了良好的基础。论文主要包括下述内容: 1.研究了工时定额的制定原理及计算方法,介绍了计算机辅助模、夹具工时定额系统的工作流程和系统结构,论述了神经网络模型定额计算子系统的结构和功能。 2.研究了基于人工神经网络的工时定额计算模型。在分析标准定额表结构的基础上,提出了用综合法构建计算工时定额人工神经网络模型的思路。以标准定额表的综合结构参数为网络输入、以表数据为训练集,采用Matlab脚本语言构建了定额计算网络,同时对网络采用了后置数据处理最终确定了比较准确的工时定额数据,为工时定额制定的信息化、计算机化探索出一条新路。 3.研究了与子系统相关的零部件标题栏信息提取和入库方法;开发了相应的子系统模块。论文详细研究了标题栏的结构特征和文字信息提取方法,介绍了标题栏信息存储的方法。论文采用特征识别方法和模板技术解决了由于标题栏格式不同给文字信息提取带来的困难,实现了图纸文字信息的计算机识别,满足了异构CAD系统之间零件信息的数据共享。 4.论文研究了神经网络模型定额计算子系统的实现方法及功能界面。在Visual C++6.0集成开发环境下,采用Matlab和OpenDWG Toolkit开发工具实现了子系统的开发。论文还介绍了应用实例。

【Abstract】 With the development of advanced manufacture technologies and systems, such as CIMS, CE, AM, PDM, BPR, the application of information technology in manufacturing enterprises is greatly promoted and the informatization, integration and intelligentization is becoming a tendence.Informatization of man-hour management is an important issue of informatization in manufacturing enterprises. It is not only a necessary part for integration system of design (CAD/CAPP), manufacture (CAM) and information management (MIS/ERP), but also as an important basis for production planning, accounting and cost control in enterprises.Based on the design and development of Computer-aided Mould and Fixure Man-hour Quota System (CFMH), a method of calculating man-hour quota based on artificial neural networks (ANN) is proposed in this thesis and a sub-system of calculating man-hour quota based on ANN is also implemented. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1. By analyzing the principle and calculation methods of man-hour quota, the work flow and system framework of CFMH are considered and designed. Especially, the sub-system framework and funtion of calculating man-hour quota based on ANN is studed.2. A model for calculation of man-hour quota based on ANN is established. On the basis of analyzing the structure of standard quota table, an approach for constructing a man-hour quota ANN model using synthetical methods is proposed. By using Matlab script language, the man-hour quota calculation model is described accurately. The input parameters of the model are selected from the parameters of the standard quota table and the train set is getten from the data of the table. Meanwhile, the calculated results are post-corrected according to the applied part. Dealing with calculation of man-hour quota, a new way of inormalization is explored.3. An approach to extract text information from heading block of the CAD files for use of the sub-system and import them into database isproposed. Feature extracting method for text information is one of theemphasis of this thesis. The problem of identifying text from different format of title block is solved by using template and feature identifying technologies. So the text information in CAD files can be recognized and shared with different CAD systems.4. The development platform and the interface of this sub-system are detailed. Under a Visual C++ integrated environment, it is realized by using a development tool OpenDWG Toolkit and Matlab. Finally, some experiment and application results for the proposed approach and system are also presented.
