【摘要】 中国农业改革经历了二十多年的历程，取得了举世瞩目的成就，特别是自九十年代以来农业利益共同体的蓬勃兴起和发展，是继家庭联产承包责任制之后农村经济的“第二次飞跃”。目前，农业利益共同体的实践丰富多彩，硕果累累，但也面临着创新问题，其中利益分配制度的创新就是难题之一。本文的研究从农业产业化的相关理论和国内外研究及实践动态为基础、通过实际调查、沿着理论与实际结合的研究思路展开，以促进农业发展和增加农民收入为目标，在农村工业化、城市化和国民经济现代化的大背景下，通过对农业共同体利益分配机制的国际比较研究与农业共同体利益分配机制现状的系统分析，提出农业利益共同体运行机制的内涵、类型、构成和合理的分配形式，构建出农业产业化进程中新型利益分配机制及其保障措施，为党和政府制定农业发展政策，提供理论依据，推进农业利益共同体实践的规范、有序、高速发展。 论文共分七章： 第一章：导论。介绍了本文研究的目的和意义、国内外研究动态和本文思路和所采用的研究方法。 第二章：农业利益共同体的分配理论。介绍了分配及其分类、分配制度、农业利益共同体的含义及其类型、农业利益共同体经营管理理念、政府行为理论等。 第三章：国外涉农企业与农户的利益分配关系及其启示。介绍了美国农业一体化的做法和经验、欧盟农业利益共同体的做法和经验、日本农业利益共同体的做法和经验。 第四章：农业产业化发展中企业与企业利益分配关系的演变。介绍了农业产业化经营的发展阶段；不同发展阶段企业与农户之间利益分配关系的特点；农业产业化发展的一般规律。 第五章：不同组织形态的龙头企业与农户利益分配关系的实证研究。根据不同行业、不同地区和不同所有制形式，拟选择6个农业产业化龙头企业，就其利益分配关系进行具体分析，提出各自的优缺点及其现存问题。 第六章：农业产业化进程中新型利益分配机制的创建。介绍了市场经济条件下新型利益分配机制的存在形式；新型利益分配机制的可行性论证；新型利益分配机制的稳定性论证；新型利益分配机制的发展方向。 第七章：农业产业化进程中新型利益分配机制健康运作的保障措施。提出了加快进行政府职能转换、更新观念，加强政策扶持、加强农业的基础建设，推进农业的市场化发展等11项保障措施。更多还原
