水泥混凝土路面接缝及结构优化研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土路面是一种刚度大、扩散荷载强、稳定性好的路面结构,其路面的适用性非常强,加之具有材料的来源广泛以及便于施工等优点使水泥混凝土路面能够较好的满足现代化交通需要,然而对于水泥混凝土路面的接缝技术则是整个路面设计中的一个难题。一些研究表明,接缝不仅是水泥混凝土路面最易受损坏的部位,而且是发生唧泥、错台和断角等病害的根源,极大的减少路面的正常使用寿命。接缝受损严重时,则会影响行车舒适性甚至危及行车安全。 本文主要针对旧水泥混凝土路面接缝技术进行探讨。在研究了国内外接缝技术的基础上,系统地分析了出现在旧水泥混凝土路面中的常见病害,给出了综合处治以及预防方法。并利用弹性力学有限元方法进行分析,主要内容包括对接缝传荷能力的分析、对接缝数值模拟模型的分析以及对有接缝的混凝土面板的有限元分析。通过理论分析及模型计算的结果,找出了适合于在湖北省地区的水泥混凝土路面中应用的接缝形式、填缝材料以及路面结构形式,对广泛推广使用水泥混凝土路面具有较大的科学意义和经济、社会效益。
【Abstract】 The higher rigidity, better transferring ability of traffic load and stability of pavement structure characterize cement concrete pavement (CCP). The CCP has the merits of better applicability, more extensive sources of materials and being constructed easily. So the CCP can meet the need of modern transportation well. For the CCP, however, the technique of joint is a real problem of the whole pavement design. Some studies have indicated that the joint is not only the part of being destroyed easily, but also the origin of many damages of pavement such as pumping, angle alternated and broken. The life of CCP will be decreased, when the joint is destroyed badly so as to be dangerous to drive there.This paper’s major purpose is about the technique of the joint of CCP. Upon the basis of the technique of the joint in this area, the author analyzed various kinds of the traditional damages of CCP, gave the suggestions of these damages’ prediction and treatments, finite element analysis (FEA) was carried out for CCP, including in the analysis of transferring ability of traffic load, modeling, and the finite element analysis of CCP board. According to the research and the numerical results of FEA, this paper proposed the better form of the joint and the pavement structure, as well as the joint materials and corresponding construction techniques, which are more compatible to the CCP of Hubei Province.
